Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE my Internet lately has been dropping out really badly, in the places I usually have full signal I go from 5/4g to no Internet then back again constantly, is there any reason why this could be?

A status checker thing online (because the @ee one seems to only want to look at mobile internet and you can’t check on broadband that I can see) seemed to imply this was a known issue last night but since this morning says no issues but we can’t get it to work?
