@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@jessrs25 @EE Then minutes later I got a call from the same customer service agent telling me that hejust received an email, saying they're expecting a delivery in next couple weeks and that customers who have been waiting over 30 days for the phone would get an automatic credit of £20 to acct

@EE Are there problems with the network in the Pembroke area in W Wales? Have barely been able to get one bar of 4G signal for a few days and internet connection is practically non existent
