Am I the only prick that gets a phone call once a month from @EE trying to sell me shit I honestly don’t need and tell them that every time they call, although I do tell them to stop calling but they clearly don’t listen to that either.

.@EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

@EE don't show no loyalty or appreciation to its customers, been with you guys for how many years now no issues with DD yet you can't honour a price for a Galaxy Watch, shocking. When I upgrade I'll be drastically reducing my price plan, cheers smh

.@EE given that I a) often work from home b) need broadband in order to camera monitor a very sick pet when I am not there, this is completely unacceptable. Essentially, I've given up a perfectly adequate service and am now left to wait 4 days without any access at all. 2/3

@EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

@EE I added the roaming pack on to my contract for my current trip, after many attempts (couldn't find it on the app, and texting 150 didn't work), after calling 150, I was assured it had been added on!!!!!!!! My phone is not working on unless connected to the wi-fi, I'm in USA!
