    @bt_uk my internet is down in Tottenham N17 I have orange lights flashing on my hub and this is the second time we've been down this week.... We only changed recently from @EE and are not impressed

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    I dont think you can pin on me the reason why I wont have a phone to use is because I decide to give it away to a family member back in the Philippines with the assurance and impression that what I order will come on time. I feel awful after speaking to you guys @EE

    @TerrySt98113150 @NicholasTyrone @EE EE will also start charging, they have to as the bottom line takes to much of a hit if they don't. E11 offers the same healthcare restrictions as the NHS , not all health issues are covered by health insurance either.

    @EE My phone regularly (two or three times a day) does not connect/ loses its connection to EE phones within a 5 mile radius. One of your masts in Kendal was broken 18 months ago. It still is but you can't mend it "because of Covid". When can I expect a normal service? #EE

    I said well my contract ends in December and I will not opt for a plan anymore with them. Not even sorry to see a customer leave their company! @EE I understand stocks are not under your control but please sound you feel sorry at least for having limited options to help me out
