As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
