    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE Still no network, your customer services are telling me it's a known problem with iPhone roaming + T-Mobile in the USA ... and Apple are working on a fix. Given lack of press I think it's just a problem with my phone and EE offshore customer services lack the skills/knowledge.

    @EE In February, I flagged that I had an issue with the charging port of my iPhone 13 Pro. The charging cable not securely staying in. I visited my local EE store yesterday and was told that it may need cleaning. They can’t do it in case they damage it?!?…
