@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@tompoole_98 @meg_rnld @EE Oh no 😬 my EE tracker never moved off “expected dispatch in 24 hours” and no communication off DPD. Only by downloading the DPD app yesterday I saw it was dispatched, picked my 1 hour time slot and it’s at the local depot this morning!

@tompoole_98 @meg_rnld @EE You don’t need an order number for the DPD app, just your address, email etc and it pulls through off those details. I never had any communication from EE or DPD to say it was dispatched, was just on the app.

@EE I'll be leaving EE in March, you are prioritising 5G over other services, the signal in my area has declined dramatically, you have no plans to sort the problem, and only advice is use wi-fi calling in my local area? not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam Confirmation email stated delivery ‘on’ the 24th not ‘from’ 24th. All your advertising and marketing commited to launch day availability, got my preorder in & confirmed with signed agreement 18mins into preorders opening. Shocking service as new customer. Should have stayed @EE !
