    @EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

    @EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    Hi @EE I bought a 30gb data pack for my mifi device. When I'm connecting my phone and tablet it is saying connected with no Internet. Never had this problem before.

    @EE I ordered a new phone and am very disappointed that it has no plug charger, earphones and even the USB supplied is not a USB cable but has phone connection either end! I'd like to return please and cancel my contract.

    Really disappointed in @EE (previously orange) as hubby has been with them for 22+ yrs. He is due an upgrade. They are way higher priced and won't match other providers phone deals. Commission is obviously more important than customer loyalty. He will be switching providers!

    @EE You got the number it belongs to your network you know who owns this number. The police will trace it and act on it accordingly , they should do, it’s evil people and gang stalkers doing it. They will be caught and brought to justice, going on since May 2019 its next doors probs

    I swear @EE are doing everything they can to get one over on me. Jumping through hoops and submitting forms and ringing numbers just to be told I have to wait 72 hours every time I send an email. By the time I cancel my contract will be a year gone…
