@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

According to the @EE coverage checker I should have 'excellent' signal indoors and out yet I never get more than one bar of signal, so frustrating.

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@MartinSLewis What do I do about @EE ? They stopped providing me w/VAT registered recpts &now can’t get reimbursed by my company so out thousands of £££- many other EE customers complaining about same but they refuse saying ‘they aren’t legally obligated’ can’t afford to lose that money-help!

@EE That's all I've been doing, the light keeps flashing orange, switch it off, wait, back on and the same issue, then just leave it and it may come back on randomly after an hour or so, how do we go about getting a replacement, I'll be honest if it's not fixed we will have to leave

@EE Hi Jamie, the code is sent directly from EE (I have the text) so no issue with the code. I go to add it in during the checkout process for the upgrade, then it states its not eligible. I've tried multiple different deals and it doesn't work on any of them

@EE I bought some iPhone ear phones back in April 2022 separately from my phone as you don’t sell them as part of the phone anymore. They are now not working properly. If I take them back to the shop will I get a refund? I’ve clear porthole and ear phones and still not working.

@EE Untrustworthy service, various members of staff have scammed my elderly mother in the Richmond shop. She was signed up for a tablet she thought was free, for an unnecessary 12 mth SIM which she never received, and one pocketed her cash. Stay out of that shop. AVOID.
