    @EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

    @EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

    Hey @EE Hope you’re well. The 4G signal in my area seems to be very bad for some reason. It has been for a good few months (I haven’t said anything as I thought works were going on). I used the coverage checker which says I should get 3 bars on 4G but I get 1 bar only

    @EE are taking the ******* piss now with the down time in my area. Was told Tues " 24hrs " Tues night " 48hrs " Thurs afternoon another " 16hrs " Why am I paying for a service I cant use!!! ******* raging right now, cant even get through on the phone!!! as network is down!

    @EE the service I received in two different South London stores was absolutely abysmal. Stratford Westfield staff were rude and instead of answering a question when approached I was told to check in at the front despite there being no one there … (continued in reply)

    @EE Thank you. I was able to get through to support on the phone and they resent the missing Next Steps email, so we are all good 👍🏻 Would suggest someone fixes the phone number verification on your website though; some people don’t have U.K. phones at the point they are ordering:)

    @EE incompetence and abysmal customer service. Been waiting a week for my phone number to move, had 4 days of sorry wrong sim - use this other one and it will definitely happen tomorrow but it’s now a week and still no number. In the meantime my work and business are affected!

    @EE absolute useless customer care- transferred my number over to u- gave my number to business and business number to me- wasted 3 hours on phone ringing after various incidents connected with transfer- no resolution whatsoever and nobody seems bothered
