-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, EnglandHonestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

Linzie Hunter (@linziehunter) reported from Camberwell, England@I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐
-
Michael Wilkinson (@ThatMichaelW) reported from Camberwell, EnglandFrom my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.
-
AA Ron 🖤 👟 (@Munden87) reported from Addington, England@EE has there been network issues in London today? As I had 5G earlier but nothing was working?!
-

Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England@EE this is getting a joke now. I am not even getting signal in my home. I live in Zone 2 in London. I would get more reception in a field in Mexico.
-
Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.
-
Tony Wiseman (@tonywiseman1976) reported from Camberwell, England@EE You might be losing a customer this year…
-

Sutton Carers Centre (@SuttonCarers) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera
-
shams (@SaaShamsu) reported from Wandsworth, England@Dinky63387209 @EE If you miss a payment they will charge you instantly but if you miss a job due to their bad network they don't care 🫤🫤🫤 you are lost when you are disconnected
-
Zarra Okumephuna, LLM. (@okumephuna) reported from Camberwell, England@MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!
