@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@EE my signal is absolutely shocking when making phone calls in my postcode. Every single call drops. This is becoming a real issue. It happened 5 times last week while trying to make urgent phone calls to family and friends. It's been going on for about 12 months now 😭
