@EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

@EE my upgrade was due today. I think the delivery driver was playing knock down ginger. 1 whole minute he got out the van, rang the bell and then run away. All on ring doorbell. Obviously I’m not as fast as him so I missed it. Worked from home today for that. Cancel the order.
