Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

@EE Nope. But heres an interesting point average age of the customers in the store was at least 75 and I was the youngest. The lady next to me was 81 and didn’t get her issue sorted. The one after her was topping up pay as you go. Cant we have nice things because we’ve got older?

@EE Went through everything chose phone signed documents then she said OH theres a problem spoje to manager Hadon who told her to ring someone else they informed her there was no ability to upgrade in store and it was a nationwide problem. Walked out with my refund. The End

Working from home and @virginmedia is gone. Fantastic. Just what I need to end a terrible day. Best part I’m paying £80 a month for a phone on @EE that I can’t use 4G on or get signal unless I go in my garden. What a day.
