  @EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

  I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

  @janettocornetto @EE Thanks! If you have any further problems with Google Maps, there's probably free apps on the Google Play Store (Open Street Map etc). Maybe very basic but better than no map at all.

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?
