    @EE I have - eventually - but why are still sending threatening letters to people who don’t even exist? You’ve been told twice before and nobody listens. What kind of customer service is that?

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @gempopmoo I’ve now got an unlimited mobile data package with @EE On my mobile I don’t need the above service any more glad to be rid of them just awaiting a envelope so I can send equipment back. B.

    @EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

    Why would I have WiFi but no Internet. @ee? Have turned off and on the router, turned everything off n on but to no avail. Now our business can't work. Rather than waste time with xg.. Get the basics going.. #fedup #fail

    @EE EE been top class, @ThreeUK are thieves taking money every month when its been cancelled they have no customer service and by far the worst networks. @virginmedia is a lot slower than EE yet is way better than Three. Would recommend EE.

    @EE disappointed that you still have 4g watch connection issues with Samsung and no help on your app. Paying for a 4g watch that is essentially a Bluetooth watch. #shouldhavegonetovodaphone

    @EE will you sort out your sodding “my ee” app please?! Been DAYS now. Can login via website, yet not app since your tech crash. The fact you haven’t been able to get stuff back online after this long is concerning... (Already changed password multiple times too)

    @EE Nope nothing I can see. There is noting under display or parental controls regarding when you lay down and the screen is tilted towards you it stops you using any app. If it can’t be turned off then I’ll be forced in to rejecting the tablet as it not fit for for purpose.
