  @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

  @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔
