@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

@EE not been able to use my mobile data for over 2 hours. Signal dropping during calls, lost a job due to this. Can you provide any help at all? This is unacceptable considering I pay £70+ per month for a mobile phone that is rendered useless due to the network.
