They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really don’t have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out you’ve taken payment from my bank for services I haven’t as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of 💩 that’s how I would describe everything I’ve experienced so far
