Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

@EE Hey. I'm on EE PAYG and have credit. Can't send/receive texts or receive calls. Last received a text on 6 Oct 22. I can call others (eg my mother's phone rings) but they can't call me ("Calls are not being connected to this number"). 150 doesn't work. What's going on?

@EE Morning. I checked my router and antenna (non EE) and speeds still very slow. Around 3meg speed. I also have two mobile phones with EE both slow. Been around a month or so now.

@borofergie @EE Same! Just transferred old iPhone to new iPhone! Tried the eSim transfer, didn’t work! Put old sim in new phone, didn’t work! Now old sim doesn’t even work in old phone! So crap!

@MarcAllera @EE Mr. Allera, the mast that provides the only signal for our 4G broadband (as there’s no fibre optic cable here) has been down since 3 September and no one will tell customers whether and when it’s going to be repaired. We run businesses and are very stressed and worried. SA19 7NW
