Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

@EE Signal issues? emergency calls only and EDGE since January! I’ve called every month multiple times to get fobbed off. Finally get through to level 2 technical team who send a new sim for one phone out claiming that’s the problem with both phones🥴 pro tech team yeah right.
