@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

On hold to @EE for 20 minutes before being cut off. Rang back - "you recently talked to us about your bill" NO I HAVEN'T! YOU CUT ME OFF! And you've added BT sports to my account and I never even asked for it!! Rang back qgain and surprise the offices are now closed. SO MAD RN 🤬

@EE sent two texts to me saying they have given me a free gift of a 12-month subscription to The Athletic, which auto renews at £59.99. Didn't ask for it and don't want it. If you ever attempt to charge me for this unasked for, unwanted service I will sue. @ShieldVoC
