@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

@SamsungMobile between @EE and Samsung i have received a disgusting service. I have a Samsung S10 which has a faulty and has been sent off 3 times for repair. I have asked to access my warranty to change it. I was told samsung i can after 3 repairs now i am being told i cant.

@EE Trying to get a returns pack to send in my old handset after upgrade. Pack hasn't arrived. Your customer service says to ring Brightstar and they can't help. On hold for over an hour and a half and then cut off, twice now. Have to return phone by 13 Feb. What do I do?

@mos3abof @EE Problem ... I don't know where and how to change things like this, the collection of settings is bewildering for someone who knows nothing about networking, and when I change one thing that I think is the right thing, something else breaks. You overestimate my knowledge.
