@EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

@EE We get service via a 4gee router. There's an engineer booked for the 13th, but that's ages away and we've been having problems since September. Really need someone to pop round and fix it sooner, if possible, it's unbearable.
