@EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

Wow you guys. Been overcharged for about five months with no one able to tell me why. Telling me it’s gonna cost me over £300 to cancel a contract that was midsold to me as a cheaper price. You weren’t able to help when my original phone was lost 1/2 @ee

Supposedly the “best” coverage in the #UK. Well @ee as my 4G broadband contract comes to a premature end due the consistently shocking and non existent service, I beg to differ. It’s been truly pants and good riddance to it. Never, ever again. Considering it? Don’t. It’s rubbish.

@bt_uk It says no known issues, but whenever I try to switch provider, including yourself or upgrade my package with @EE , it says you can offer me 70+mbps but when I get to checkout it goes down to 30 and EE said this was due to this “issue” your fixing.

@EE - I have been trying to get technical support for a while now about not being able to connect to EE wifi underground. I spoke with someone tonight who seemed to know as much as i did. I have not been able to connect since I started using underground to commute. What can I do?

@EE you need to sort your services out ASAP! I pay over £50 a month for my phone and my husband pays the same and for the past 2 months we have had no service! Missing important hospital, school and family calls. You're losing 2 loyal customers!!!!

@EE @MarcAllera Great service in your shop at Stafford yesterday. Two members of staff & a v.busy shop. Each customer was dealt with politely, courteously, professionally, and equally whether buying expensive phones & contracts, SIM only, or just wanting advice. 👍
