    @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

    The problem of the week is @o2de. Seriously @EE, I'm begging you, make another roaming deal for Germany. I'm sure T-Mobile wants more money, but I'll pay a fiver extra or something. This network is just unusable. Literally went from one bar to offline to EDGE as I typed this.

    i wiped my broken phone in anticipation of the new one i booked @EE / @Chubb to deliver today and now tech support are like oh it's pending wait a few days and i have no clue what's going on but i now have no access to any comms except tweets and DMs and emails if you're a freak
