    @EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    @EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

    @EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

    Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EdwinPo10198306 @EE Same had an issue with BT app yesterday and missed the footy ad was hung up on 4 times when calling and no response on here. What's the point of saying you are available until 11pm if you can't reply to a message from 9pm. The service is a joke.

    @DannyBolland @EE EE stores are the worst. Swearing staff who shout their computer login information across the stores and provide inconsistent from one store to the next. If it was solely down to their stores I'd NEVER be a customer.

    @EE when will I receive my new iPhone 12 pro been over 4 weeks now all I get off customer care when I call is you’ll will be notified when it is out for delivery. Out of contract and still paying too price and all you are giving me is £30 credit on my account!
