Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE No. I have been texted by Dpd to say it will be left at a shop about a mile away. They did not attempt to deliver this item. They are lying. I think you should note my complaint, and then reconsider using dpd if it reoccurs with other customers.

So @EE maybe you can explain? Currently have Openreach tech fixing our old copper line as it got damaged when fibre was being installed on street. When I call you I'm told fibre is not yet available. It is, it's installed on posts and 3 of my neighbours now have it. Help please!

@radiojackie I was at the Plough Bakery near Miller and Carter this morning waiting at the bus stop ringing NHS111 trying to get across the address when I only knew the stop number @apple I only had my apple watch to hand @EE ended flagging down a police car lol
