@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

@EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

@EE I am able to see the SIM Only account plan on the web but given how I wasn't given the option for an eSIM during checkout, I haven't received any email with a link. Is there a way to do that retroactively other than to cancel the existing contract or wait for the SIM to arrive?

@EE I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and the phone upgrade I have just taken out doesn't work for me. In less then 24hrs I tried to cancel my order and revert to my old package. Your c*nt employee said it was fine but then cancelled my request for no reason!

@EE Well it can’t, it’s terrible. Speeds are so slow compared to what is advertised and promised. Not to mention how often it cuts out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EE. Go with another provider instead.

@EE Unfortunately, they would have to cancel the existing order and place a new "eSIM" one. On your website I see "If you are new to EE and ordered an eSIM on a SIM only plan, follow the links in your confirmation email to My EE where you will be able to download your eSIM."
