Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
-
Mark Newman (@Mark_BeerArt) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

Sutton Carers Centre (@SuttonCarers) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really
-
Baserbillion Art (@BaserbillionArt) reported from Bromley, EnglandI joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Simon 101 (@sc101_101) reported@EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
-
BakedZnake 🐍 (@BakedZnake) reported@BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died
-
Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported@EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.
-
ENIC Out (@ENICout1) reported@Mikey_MFC @England @EE We have no hope for the World Cup. We’re ****.
-
Kur7t 🏁 (@Kur7t) reported@Charlie_Mate @England @EE There you go talking about your favourite cup. Why don’t you go and pour a pint of Carabao sit in your arm chair and reminisce on your poor pathetic season. Your reign at the top is short like leprechauns
-
Gav (@aftertheflood_) reported@IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.
-
i'm not a battery for the matrix (@lowercase00) reported@BenGungyal @EE EE exploits existing customers as do they all. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.
-
HULLLAD47 (@hulllad47) reported@violetmaze @robbopalmer @EE Even after they clearly realised it was a mistake they refused to cancel
-
Xander Wright (@XanderWright3) reported@EE Therein lies the problem. EE have left me with no way to call anybody.
-
Jack (@jqckdawson) reported@EE Can you confirm to me that there were technical issues with some of your systems throughout most of yesterday (primarily website login & app login). Thanks.
