    @EE Yes but when you order it the shop tells you dispatched in one day. Now been 8. Wheat into the store now told could be another 28 days. No contact from EE extremely poor customer service. Just talked friends into going with 3 when they Hurd my story

    @EE hi, I ordered a new phone on Thursday, it said next day delivery but as far as I'm aware it hasn't been dispatched and my order number doesn't work in the tracker

    @EE why did you advise me yesterday to go to a EE shop to fit an EE Sim into an orange phone. Bad advice. And apparently it happens a lot

    @EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

    @EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE please tell all your customers that you don’t have the necessary parts to fix their phone before you charge them and then take the phone apart. Seems I must be the only person in the UK that has Samsung and is affected by a “global parts” shortage? Surely you knew beforehand

    @EE Whenever possible, leaving EE over broken word on EU roaming charges. No plans you said? Within months, U turn. Does EE / BT not have a 3 year plan & budget. Looks like EE operates month to month on the hoof! Thank goodness no longer a BT shareholder, soon an ex-customer.

    My father is seriously ill in bed is paying through the nose for a mobile phone he doesn’t use but needs. I have access to his online account but @EE won’t unlock his phone as I don’t know his acct password. They have deliberately blocked the online unlocking service & lied to me
