@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

@EE As I've continually said it's very difficult to have a conversation when the signal dips in and out. I fail to see why your staff can't suggest email or messaging. I've made a formal complaint. It shouldn't take that to simply confirm cancellation.
