    @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    Replacing sim only with a new phone - have 6 lines on one account with @EE and never missed a payment - not credit worthy for £43 per mth contract but can have £53 per mth contract #ripoff #annoyed #thinkingofleaving

    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    @EE Beware of taking out a new EE contract. I just did and after only two months of being in contract I’ll be seeing around another £14 per month. Regardless of CPI, this is misrepresentation and a poor show. 2/2 people rely on connectivity should consider being less ‘reliant’

    @EE after 20 years of custom, you still treat people like dog crap. Putting a £30 phone bill up £5.50 due to inflation. This contract finishes soon so you can stick your custom where the sun don't shine. Disgraceful

    @EE Unfortunately not the case when I moved from BT to EE, I was advised the price would be the same for 24 months! Also lost my right to use mins and data free in Europe, that wasn’t mentioned either. Never would have considered moving if I had known this

    I seriously don't know why I am wasting my breath with @EE, Attempts 8 & 9 to sort this out failed, The issue is My Account, Not the App, If the App was the issue it wouldn't be doing it on the web page as well, my account is messed up and no one appears to be able to sort it 😪.

    .@EE claim to be the biggest phone provider in the U.K. Like many firms who are the biggest, their customer service is truly awful and I would dissuade anyone thinking of moving to them.
