-

-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandIt just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November
-
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer
-
Christine Taylor (@acroliths) reported from East Grinstead, England@AppleSupport so now three weeks without iPhone SE- Group 8 now tell me it has been returned to Apple so I have no opportunity to ask @EE to look at this. -
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandI can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
-

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Anthony Sheridan Neil ll (@AnthonyNumamoid) reportedHaving a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.
-
Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Sum1st (@Sum1st) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That is so true. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.
-
𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.
-
Philip G (@PhlipGodfrey) reported@SClash2019 @EE @Apple They've gone dreadful recently, everytime I ring my fiance and also one of my friends who both use EE I struggle to hold a conversation with either of them as their signal constantly break up. It's not my end as I've tried two different sims with the same result!
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
-
Lucifer's Consigliere (@666_Consigliere) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Get lost. This is bigger than Tom’s issue today. Everyone knows that it is a big problem across the country.
-
Greg - Israelite in Exile (surviving the Galut) (@anexiledjew) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE There's a really easy solution. I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability or will to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it (although I'd pay if I had to) because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly with no expensive engineering needed, but they choose not to do this.
