I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt
