    Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    Replacing sim only with a new phone - have 6 lines on one account with @EE and never missed a payment - not credit worthy for £43 per mth contract but can have £53 per mth contract #ripoff #annoyed #thinkingofleaving

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    @EE have had the worst possible customer service, taking up 5 calls and no solution. I changed ownership of my account from my mothers name to my name. EE then said they would add on my previous insurance policy - but now being told this is not possible claim no: 19457355

    @EE Best Network my backside Can't even get much of a signal indoors Whereas my Tesco (o2) & Lebara (Vodafone) signals are all on two bars 5G signal is garbage also Sorry I ever joined you lot, can't wait until my contract end date I won't be renewing 😤😤😤😤
