  • BelvedereVicar
Simon Archer (@BelvedereVicar) reported from Crayford, England

@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

  • AddicksGlenn69
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England

@EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

  • MusicMoofie
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

  • Matty_a93
Matty (@Matty_a93) reported from Crawley, England

@EE is your network down right now? My phone has stopped receiving texts/data

  • bostoed0624
Yang Xu (@bostoed0624) reported from Croydon, England

@StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

  • michaelbeverla1
michael beverland 🦎🥝🎹🖤🦑🐙 (@michaelbeverla1) reported from Eltham, England

Never waste you time and money with @EE, worse broadband non service ever. I renewed my contract and got cut off as a result. In thirty years of marketing teaching I’ve never heard of the idea of punishing loyalists

  • adebradley
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

  • samgwentucker
Sam Tucker (@samgwentucker) reported from Lambeth, England

Hey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says “you’ve dialed an incorrect number...” any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP 👀

  • chrisgolds
Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported from Lambeth, England

@tonyprod77 @jimwaterson @marcio_delgado @SkyUK @ThreeUK @EE and never looked back. @ThreeUK was so poor I could sometimes barely send a tweet due to lack of signal. 🙄

  • owodeone
Olanrewaju Owode ❁ (@owodeone) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK you've been owing me £79 close to a month now. I've called your support team without resolution. Moving to three was a mistake, should have tried @EE

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

  • adebradley
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AnthonyNumamoid
Anthony Sheridan Neil ll (@AnthonyNumamoid) reported

Having a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.

  • RichardBentall
    Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported

Hi @EE your customer service is ****. All I wanted was an upgrade to my iphone and you've wasted 5 hours of my time (3 store visits, an application via the app, and a long chat this morning). You can't process my order because of an IT fault that you don't know how to fix.

  • Baron_Flumpy
    Mike Wright (@Baron_Flumpy) reported

Amen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.

  • jontechilovsky
    Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

  • ach59
    Photo man (@ach59) reported

@EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..

  • HughEdw54983916
    Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.

  • ikraamdaanis
    ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported

@Karlski420 @EE It's like their engineers don't test their website... layout shifts, terrible loading states, menu instantly showing without a delay, long loading times, bad animations and the list goes on

  • oatesch
    🐐 (@oatesch) reported

@rorysutherland HS1/eurotunnel is a particular embarrassment. @EE were contracted to provide signal (perhaps just tunnels?) and yet there’s ~none

  • 64Jimfogarty
    Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported

@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
