@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

@EE your service doesn’t improve it get worse on the train service from Brighton to London. It use to be unreliable along that route. It’s now unusable. Daily. Just unusable.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

What a joke @EE have become. Ordered & paid for new phone/contract on 17/5 and since heard nothing. Went into branch and told to call 150. Tried and NEVER get an answer. Ok,so got no choice but to leave. #shambles

@EE A two year contact isn’t that according to @EE it’s a rolling contract at full price forever until you cancel it. Their cancellation department will then be sarcastic with you if you suggest them back paying it. #lovely

When you are on hold for so long and the messaging service has a 2 hour wait I am wondering if @ThreeUK can sort me a deal in the time @EE take to answer their phone. iphone 13 Free phone Plenty of data Around £50 a month (EE cheapest is £61) 👍🏻 Been on hold 30 mins so far 🤦🏻

@ShaunClarke04 @EE three's 5G network is better 😜 and using someone else's network doesn't really make much difference, it's pretty much like how the majority of broadbands use openreach. Also, honest mobile becomes a lot cheaper over time, is free to use in the EU and is good for the environment
