Dan Flynn (@DanWantsTech) reported from Twickenham, England@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Eltham, England@EE When I try to login it comes up we are unable to get your details logout then login again. I've tried millions of times and still nothing.
-
gillian nichols counselling (@NicholsGillian) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandThe past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

-
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandI can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show
-
Yang Xu (@bostoed0624) reported from Croydon, England@StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.
-
✈️ B (@_beckid) reported from Croydon, England@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.
-
Sam Tucker (@samgwentucker) reported from Lambeth, EnglandHey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says “you’ve dialed an incorrect number...” any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP 👀
-
pavlin yankov (@paulondon666) reported from Lambeth, England@EE Good morning. Why have you suspended my Pay as go service ?
-
Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
-
Cheryl Huggins MUA /Skincare Specialist (@cherylhuggins) reported from Bromley, England@EE I have sent a message regarding ongoing service failures please contact me regarding my business contract. TODAY

-

-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE Oh I've tried that no help at all unless I pay more money and I already pay enough
-
KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
-
Anthony Sheridan Neil ll (@AnthonyNumamoid) reportedHaving a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.
-
Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reportedI’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.
-
Chris TheLurch Saunders 🌶 (@Thelurch) reported@cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.
-
Jaws2 (@asanga747) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Try getting a phone signal at all in and around China Town in London
-
Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reported@EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.
-
Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.
-
Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?
-
John A Holman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇵🇱 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 (@JohnAH190975) reported@EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills
