    Rail delays wouldn’t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. I’m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

    Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE DebbieI sent a reply but it seems to have gone missing. The main problem I have is poor reception in context to other suppliers. My wife with 3 will have reception in the same building but I won’t.

    @EE No resolution other than I can upgrade now and I have to return my phone and pay to send it back ! I’m not signing up for another 2 years and returning a phone I paid for for 19 months I will wait then go elsewhere dim only cheap contract and buy a phone trading in the old one !

    @GooglePlay why is your support line down? I’ve had £250 of fraudulent charges made on my mobile phone account with @EE and they tell me I have to call you or nothing can be reversed. Yet your call centre is shut?

    @EE No EE connection to network on my phone since this morning - definitely the Sim/network and not the phone as other EE sims are working in it. Tech support and in store say they can't do anything as their system is down. Looks like you're about to break that 2 hour promise
