This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
