Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

@EE Most reliable needs parsing. A signal that's only reliable on the street outside ones house doesn't really qualify. Especially when a different carriers signal is is reliable throughout the house. For me a reliable network provide solutions to dead spots. That's not what EE does

Hey @EE I’ve paid to have calls and texts abroad, have been charged for a few texts and cannot make phone calls despite having signal. Needed access to contact my family. Very disappointed and annoyed with this service which costs too much w/out working.

@EE customer services in the app told me 48 hours to fix last week, on the phone 5 minutes later I was told that they did not have a repair estimate date due to issues. Within 15 minutes. Nobody knows what they're doing, they take your money and give you service you can't use.

@EE Don’t rely on signal or mobile devices to navigate in open country like that! Always take map, compass etc & know how to use them, leave a route plan and expected return time with someone sensible, equip for all eventualities!
