Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

@MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

@EE I just topped up online and was automatically given a pack I don't want. How do I get a refund so I can purchase the pack I want. Also how do I cancel the auto pack renewal thing that appears to be linked to online payments. I never had this problem with paper vouchers.

@ee @MartinSLewis red mark on credit score from old T-Mobile account back in 2012. I have no idea why i owe this £21 as no one has contacted to say. placed on account march 2021 no way of paying this outstanding balance. I've spoke to 14people at EE no one can help. #eedonoycare

I will never recommend @GoEnjoy to anyone. Rescheduled a delivery without notification, and then Ryan decided he was just gonna go home instead of do his job. You’re super fast delivery is three days late. A very disappointing partnership from @EE !
