@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

I had to literally call @EE everyday this week for them to process my refund for MY money they stole from MY account. Said they processed it on Sunday, they never. Said they will do it Monday they NEVER, had to call Tuesday and they said they processed it But all now no money

@EE EE you continued to charge me the same bill after my phone was paid off and I had to ring you FIVE times to get it resolved. Then recently I was charged £24 for a data add on offered to me at £10. I had to ring twice about that. Your customer service reps were extremely rude.
