Mike T (@MikeT72336576) reported from Horley, England@KIKITkiran @mouthwaite @EE Why do young people often get referred to as “some kid” when there’s a customer service issue? A little unkind!
-
Laura 🐐 (@Laura_Rads) reported from Wandsworth, England@sarahbrookes1 @EE Absolutely agree!! Instead it’s new customers. Been that way for years that’s why it’s so bad
-
John Want (@MontyWanty) reported from Spelthorne District, EnglandHello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.
-
Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
-
Mark Newman (@Mark_BeerArt) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)
-

Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, EnglandHonestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless
-
kev beaumont (@kevbeaumont1984) reported from Richmond, England@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England@EE Hi Mickey, I wouldn’t be able to help you as I don’t have the time to respond to your fruitless communications. :) John

Matt (@MattHone06) reported@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.
-
Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldn’t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.
-
Tim Maunder (@RebelTim) reported@EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reportedCan someone explain what @EE are doing?? Out of contract. I sign up to a sim only deal on Saturday. Get thanks for your order and here’s details of contract. BASKY (@basky48) reported@EE is NOT the best network in the UK. Don’t believe the adverts! 👎 Worst network I’ve ever used — unreliable signal, poor data and absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money and choose another network. #EE #EEUK #London
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Chris Ross-Lewin (@crosslewin) reported@EE So can I use for free as a mobile not home broadband customer
