@EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

@EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

@ee @WeAreOpenreach Christ you lot are useless. Cheers for cancelling our fibre install on the day I stayed at home to make sure it got installed. Our old house had @CityFibre come round before we’d even moved out for the new residents maybe should’ve gone with them. Utter crap.

@EE Everything I went to kept on sending me to FAQ pages, your app is also crap and asks me to set a pin every time I load it, despite doing it 10 times. Luckily you have some good staff working in the call centre. Tyler sorted it out in the space of 2 minutes and was very pleasant.

@EE Been trying to call you all day and the waits are horrific. the option to request a call back is no longer on your menus. Wait music is so annoying, it's such poor quality that is interrupted with annoying messages

@EE another day and still no data, phone not syncing to contacts, and no chance of leaving for meetings knowing I’ll be able to contact clients. You really are the mobile service that’s doesn’t keep on giving.. apart from a massive headache and poor customer service

@EE I have a 500 mbps contract with you and in 6 months I have never reached that figure. its generally between 350 and 450 and when I query it I am told "We only guarantee a minimum of 425 mbps" surely in that case it should be advertised as 425mbps. Now I am told if I want to cancel my contract I have to pay you £440. Why ? you are not supplying what I am paying for you are in breach of contract.
