@EE don't show no loyalty or appreciation to its customers, been with you guys for how many years now no issues with DD yet you can't honour a price for a Galaxy Watch, shocking. When I upgrade I'll be drastically reducing my price plan, cheers smh

That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

@EE Well. It was good while it lasted @EE. As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

Wow you guys. Been overcharged for about five months with no one able to tell me why. Telling me it’s gonna cost me over £300 to cancel a contract that was midsold to me as a cheaper price. You weren’t able to help when my original phone was lost 1/2 @ee

.@EE given that I a) often work from home b) need broadband in order to camera monitor a very sick pet when I am not there, this is completely unacceptable. Essentially, I've given up a perfectly adequate service and am now left to wait 4 days without any access at all. 2/3

Took a 15 minute call with @EE to get an upgrade but nearly an hour to get a replacement for the broken phone they sent me🙄

@EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!
