Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth
