  @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

  The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help.   @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

  @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

  @MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal

  Appalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I don’t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!
