The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

@EE Called the tech team to restart an old hub as my BT line at home went down when a tractor hit it! 🚜 Tech rep was brilliant. Quick, knowledgeable & efficient. Then transferred me to sales to complete. He was a star and fixed & up n running in record time. Please reward them! 💰
