  • robinhamilton77 I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

  • Jamiecdixon Jamie Chapman Dixon (@Jamiecdixon) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@EE Don't buy these. They are faulty (glass on back camera) and Samsung won't admit fault and your stuck with a broken faulty phone! #S20SamsungScam

  • KevinWNewman Kevin Newman (@KevinWNewman) reported from London, England

@ianvisits Pointless arguing against the machine 🤖! Take your business elsewhere Ian. I’m sure @EE or @O2 will be willing to help out!

@EE hi, I lost all network yesterday and can’t make or receive calls. I have tried the online tips but still@not working?

  • yusif0ali Yusif Ali (@yusif0ali) reported from London, England

@EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

  • stanleymotown Stanley Motown (@stanleymotown) reported from London, England

How do @sky and @EE both claim to be network of the year?

  • VictorJ1987 Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, England

Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

  • Hunsy1969 Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp 👩🏻‍🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@dmills87 @EE I agree with you, they should really support quick transfer!

  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@GGbarno @EE Agh tell me about it! Lost count the amount of times I’ve told them I’ve left, send pac code etc. Useless customer service

  • 75Snapper GraemeT (@75Snapper) reported from London, England

@EE come on guys the wife has two callbacks regarding an upgrade process that’s gone wrong at this rate you’ll be losing a valuable customer or even still lost it already #notahappywife

  • Si11y3gg Pawlie (@Si11y3gg) reported from Richmond, England

@VixSeaman @EE @O2 I’m with o2 also! Was with Three before, but would never bother with EE. I will only do sim only.

  • jamesCgreen93 James C Green (@jamesCgreen93) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE very disappointed with your customer service, and to find out you have still been charging me after I requested my contract to be cancelled

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp 👩🏻‍🦯 (@jadesharp1992) reported from Richmond, England

@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

  • mmuehlberger Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England

Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).

  • HarveyWelch Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@EE Thanks Andy, maybe you would like to compensate me for the two + years of paying over and above my agreed service plan too...

  • HarveyWelch Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

  • mmuehlberger Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England

@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HarlowYvesAdele Yves Adele Harlow (@HarlowYvesAdele) reported

@Tommycryptomad @mizuboh @EE I wonder if EE sees the irony in paying a woman to support misandry and bullying of men online?

  • perilousbanana James (@perilousbanana) reported

@amunsbains @EE @Naz_Faulkner It isn’t about people liking me - and it’s my experience and that of all the men I know. The behaviour of some men towards women is awful. Women who behave that way are awful too. I just think they are in the tiniest minority comparatively.

  • ponsonby_whooa Ponsonby Whoaa (@ponsonby_whooa) reported

@EE @Stevee5 I just did a survey and 63% of respondents said it's not your problem to solve either, crap network service from EE and horrendous customer service did get mentioned a lot though, start problem solving there first 🤔 corporate virtue signalling is the worst virtue signalling

  • LiquidationLPL LiquidationLovesYou (@LiquidationLPL) reported

@rabbitpant @EE It's because you didn't know you were part of the problem already, that brands been to share this ****. Imagine if there were no dinosaurs like you! Stuff could just go on as usual. Catch up grandad.

  • editorArmourae Reverend Steve Armourae (@editorArmourae) reported

@EE 20 years fighting to get justice for DV victims or other criminal & social justice some of which for legal reasons I cannot state in public @GarethSouthgate. All those victims could have done with media & news support

  • mr_c_mr__c C҉C҉ (@mr_c_mr__c) reported

@EE Rip off !£33 for iPhone 13 from Tesco (O2 network)

  • VladtheImpala4 Vlad the Impala (@VladtheImpala4) reported

@EE @PhilMitchell83 Perhaps try tackling a certain demographic’s campaign to cancel women in sport. I doubt you will — because men are a much easier conduit for your virtue signalling tweets. Pathetic!

  • Ganainm1916 Gan Ainm (@Ganainm1916) reported

@EE And I’ll just “end” my service with you. I promise you nobody cares what you think beyond phone and broadband, you’re a faceless corporation.

  • Lancsrebel1875 🌹🍀 (@Lancsrebel1875) reported

@EE @stephenkerley33 I won't be switching to your network after reading this.

  • LeoLem99 Leo Lem (@LeoLem99) reported

@nodge1985 @EE Am thoroughly enjoying how much the comments to the post prove the point that @EE is making. If you don’t see the problem then it’s likely you aren’t subject to it or you are party to it & just don’t want to support change.
