@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE On the 8th usually, I had my bill and notification that my new service would be in place on the 11th. Not sure why I need to pay more money when I'm going to a cheaper plan and no other changes I.e no new equipment. Also, this was not mentioned when I renewed?
