    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    @EE Second time I’ve come to the USA when my roaming doesn’t work. Unacceptable. Yes I’m on a roaming package, yes all the phone settings are correct, yes I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve spent over an hour dealing with customer services and it’s still not working. Sort it out EE!

    So why go on a tirade on Twitter about it? Because despite all of this, despite 13 days (In the last 20) where I've had issues like this, and @EE promising "It should be fine after this" there are still issues and I still can't use the so called 5G speeds promised.

    So just worked it out. @EE expect me to pay nearly £109 per month for my contract now they have removed two discounts even though they stated to @OmbudsmanServi1 last year they had no end date. My account is flagged with @EE for vulnerability issues but they are happy to do this
