@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

Hi @EE 4g and 5g seem down. Youtube and google searches working fine but cannot access links regardless of direct URL or google link. Also Speed tests cant access servers at all. Could it be due to the heat? If so may I suggest switching the sun on and off :p Thx for any assists!

@DpawsonGas @ThreeUK @EE I have to say generally I’ve found EE pretty good and sending data between my phone and iPad is easy and decent. That said their network seems to be a lot more chuggy nowadays, they used to smash Three everywhere me and the wife went. Not the case anymore….

@EE It’s ok, when I called 150 a recorded message said that there were known data issues and due to very high call volume, couldn’t put me through to an advisor. Now internet seems fine and working. Thanks anyway 👍🏽
