EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
