As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

Guy who sold it has now left, no voucher for the AirPods and resolution is sending back my phone and watch? You can see in your notes I purchased with
