@EE wifey is talking to you ‘customer services’ and it’s NOT going well! We have TWO accounts with you, she was not reminded to upgrade and has been paying too much for 4 or 5 months. From this end it doesn’t sound like your guys being much help!!

Christopher Bartlett-Walford (@cobartlett) reported from London, England
@CliveChenery @EE They tried to upsell me to BB whilst in the conversation about my phone ! Couldn't believe all they were thinking of was extra sale, not how to help their customer with a query they had!
-

@EE I bought the phone off @EE and pay £180approx a month to @EE so think I’m well within my right to get you to fix this and give me a loan phone! @Apple require appointments etc which is not ideal

Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England
@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE absolutely appalling service to my elderly parents who are brand new customers of yours. Organised wifi at new house in advance, EE sent the INCORRECT routers and are now making them wait until 8th July to fix it?!?!
-
Chris Kernaghan (@BoobBoo) reported
@AndySteer @EE In NI around the border I can pick up an Irish network without notification, so under EE rules I'll be billed for every call/GB used. Think how 'chatty' current mobiles are - it's a bollocks move IMHO, just another example of #brexshit
-
Tom Reynolds (@Nawdic1) reported
@EE Me and my mother's phone are having difficulty connecting to the network, CR2 0 area. Usually there is a full signal being registered but now nothing. Is there an issue with network? Ta

Paul Cresswell (@paulcresswell18) reported
@EE When it counts lol I can’t go a mile down the road without losing a call or not connecting !! SK7 & SK12 shocking . No Roaming for me
-
Mike (@BaynhamPhoto) reported
@EE Any increase is an increase let's not beat around the bush what are you using the now standard annual rpi increase for if not network investment. Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.
-
Kevin Dunn (@Adeodatus) reported
Tell you what, though, @EE broadband has been dreadful tonight - up and down like a bride's nighty.
-
Andy B (@venetiangambler) reported
@darrengrimes_ @NewtonGrunnion @EE Not quite the same thing. EU rules mandated the cost of roaming could not be passed onto consumers legally. If any network chooses to give you free roaming outside the EU, that’s their business decision.
-
caveman (@cavemandave71) reported
@EE Goodbye EE, moving to another network with your roaming charges kicking in
