I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡
