@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

@EE @MarcAllera The agent I spoke to Basically told me no matter who I contact he has final say.Despite explainin where I was let down&mislead he didn’t care he just said well tough as he apologized. Wen called he seem annoyed as I wanted to speak on phone as if I was a burden&wasting his time

@EE I Must say, this has got to be the worst Customer service I’ve ever received. The agent I spoke to couldn’t care less. Basically told me It’s either I like it or lump it n go elsewhere. @MarcAllera loyalty and customer satisfaction definitely doesn’t matter with Ee. Still unwell

@EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you
