Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@EE Resetting the router only works at the point that some EE engineer has fixed a local or national problem. I’d really like to know why it’s become so bad. Is it going to improve? I cannot take much more of this.

@EE I restart the router every day. Have been doing so for weeks. I never had to do so before or very rarely in over 6 years of being with EE broadband. Since my messages, the internet has been stable, but it usually goes downhill late evening and all through the night.
