    @EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

    @EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

    @EE Maybe if you put the money from sponsoring the @BAFTA awards in to increasing the number of technical staff available for online chat, I wouldn’t still be waiting after 45 minutes to fix a phone that suddenly won’t make or receive calls. And, no, I can’t call 150! Sadly.
