    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    Received a text message from @EE (or so it said) saying they failed to take my payment and to follow a link however the app and the statement says they won’t be taking it until the 1st :/ surely this was a scam and if there was an issue it wouldn’t flag up until the 1st right?!

    Moving from @EE to @ThreeUKSupport is possibly the stupidest thing I have done. Can’t get on their app to use the live chat, no contact number anywhere for a call centre, not been able to send text messages for a week. Absolutely disgusting network and no one wants to help!

    @EE evening, do you know what the problem is with coverage in area TN31 and how long it will take. It’s been at least a couple of hours and I’ve checked the website can’t see any info apart from there is a problem. I’m on call and need to be contactable. Thank you

    @EE Yes, they simply said that I’m too far away from the 5G mast, this clearly isn’t the problem as my phone works and my 5G router has an external antenna, and it can see a 5G signal

    @EE Seems like lots of people having the exact same problem for days on end with no fix in sight. As you know I've rang twice today and had a convo with yourself but I have to ring a 3rd time. Is EE aware that it's a problem for multiple users ?
