If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if I hear of one EE advert placed on that channel. #DontFundGBNews

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

@EE Doesnt matter went elsewhere. Did matter if i was logged in or not, on chrome, android or iphone pages didnt work so gave up, sale and customer lost.

@EE your customer service team are a joke. How can you sell someone a product that you don’t sell anymore and then not even inform the customer. Had to chase for a week and then at the end of it all I got was a sorry and no resolution. Really really poor

So looks like @O2 doesn’t care about a customer who’s been with them for nearly 18 years - a complaint made and they offer a measly £30 which doesn’t even cover 2 months bill - @EE where u at holla at your boi looking for a new contract and better deals than you know who
