    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    @EE I keep getting a notification from voicemail that I haven't activated my voicemail. I have recently (via EE website live chat) asked for my voicemail to be activated, which they confirmed they did. Could someone please help me as I currently have no voicemail #NoVoicemail

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    Why do @EE consistently lie about making callbacks on customer issues? They fail to give you what they promise and generally don’t care about customers? Wouldn’t mind but I’ve got four lines and even their managers have let me down….like their coverage!

    @EE really annoyed with your topup process. I stopped the pack I was on and then topped up aiming to use it as PAYG. Despite messaging me that Pack has been stopped, the topup was used entirely on the pack! No way to get a refund as your customer services is always busy!

    Hey @EE - I’m just arrived in the States, and my phone won’t connect to a network, despite advising you in May I would be away, and arranging relevant packages. It’s now cost me $40+ on a hotel phone to find out that your offices aren’t 24/7. Please DM me urgently to resolve.
