    Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

    @EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

    @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

    @EE the fact that we have had no phone signal from the “ best network provider for 4 years in a row” one person has been refunded for 2 weeks and we get 6 days. Apparently if you upgrade your phone recently your restricted to any refunds! La22 area have no signal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is absolutely diabolical, you cut off 1 of our SIM cards a week ago and still not reconnected despite 3 days of hours + hours of being on hold and speaking to your team. Your costing my business money + wasting my time maybe I should just switch to @EE

    @EE hi i live in Spalding S Lincs and i am picking up 5g but no idea who provides it. The signal fades once i get to the end of my street. I am on an EE plan using an Iphone 12 and can get 200 mbps download 3 mins away or 1 mile but it all goes bad once i turn into my street.
