    @EE been with you just over a year and had two price hikes. At what point can I leave your network as I didn’t sign up to such a big hike in just over a year. I guess we are paying for your 5G

    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @EE I had a notification which says that the mobile data had been cut off by my supplier, which has now disappeared. But I've been having connectivity issues all week.

    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    Wow you guys. Been overcharged for about five months with no one able to tell me why. Telling me it’s gonna cost me over £300 to cancel a contract that was midsold to me as a cheaper price. You weren’t able to help when my original phone was lost 1/2 @ee

    I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

    @EE should’ve had my cardiology appointment 1st b4 calling ur customer services coz my BP is way high now .. if get anotha tablet (no pun intended) one of you will have to take it ... Billing me for a product I cancelled & telling me I can’t cancel my insurance .. #thieves

    @EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

    That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

    @EE please help- I want to renew my pack a day early but my pack apparently doesn’t exist anymore but if choose one of the new packs I’ll lose all my boosts and be on a much worse deal... also I paid £5 for 1GB but was only given 300MB!

    @EE Thank you for your help! I’m getting mixed messages, online chat says I can downgrade from today (3rd September) but when I call I’m getting told to call back on the 19th September. I don’t think people want to help me on this matter as I’ve been a customer for many years.
