@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if I hear of one EE advert placed on that channel. #DontFundGBNews

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

@EE I’ve changed my provider and have one of your routers. I was told on phone that you couldn’t send a Jiffy bag out for equipment as I didn’t cancel by phone and to take it to my local recycling centre. I don’t have a car and am not allowed to visit on foot. 1/2

@J9ybb @MartinSLewis In theory this is true. In practice the local @EE mast lasts about half an hour in a power cut on whatever backup its running then goes off. Being a rural area there isn't another EE mast within range, so there goes phone service.
