@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

WTF is going on with @EE ? A new phone 'app' that just displays a webpage, that keeps giving errors. Try to look at 'My EE' on laptop, log on and it tries to register me as a new user. Just stick to being a pipe, cheaply and effectively, leave hard stuff to the big boys.

Today after 20 years of loyal custom @EE have lost a customer they could have kept for another 20 years with 5 phone lines. They have done nothing to resolve a clear case of fraud on our account and left us £500 out of pocket in a #CostOfLivingCrisis @Offcom no protection for us!

@EE Your new iPhone app doesn't remember the selected product/account. My account has both my wife and I as "products" but keeps reverting to her details on reopen despite selecting myself previously. Can you fix please – it should remember the previously selected product.
