@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

@EE Not happy at all. My phone was getting delivered today and I've just had a message saying its not getting delivered and to pick a new day! I had a look and quickest is bloody Friday!!!! Bloody fuming. How do I cancel my upgrade without ringing up? Don't have time to ring.
