@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

@EE It has been looked into and all the time, same response. Nothing we can do just block the numbers. That’s it. I’m utterly disgusted at the lack of support we customers get. Option that was offered is for me to change my number and I have explained why that’s not possible.

@ee FYI, she was out of credit on her PAYG and couldn’t get to the shop for a top up as there was sheet ice everywhere. She phoned for help and was sold a contract she didn’t want or need.

@EE why has my landline number been swapped with a stranger? I STILL HAVE NO WI FI and now no number as Val up the road who I have never met called me on her number from my own number. She is elderly, isolating alone and has no contact with anyone now she has lost her number!
