@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@EE I’ve tried twice in two days’ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isn’t good enough!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE Phoned Thursday I had no network coverage on mobile. Told a few hours. Friday no one to take any form of contact. Today wait 15 minutes on landline to be cut off. Web site now saying 2 days work for maintenance. We getting any money back here? No coverage for 3 days?

@EE Been on hold for 1 hour, my 87 year old mom is being charged £76 a month for basic TV, internet and phone calls. Please can companies like yours stop ripping old people off, then you give poor service in return when you dont want to answer the phone, using Covid as an excuse
