@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

@EE Hi there, yes thank you. Phone seems to be back to normal - it was causing a problem at the time while trying to work and order prints etc. as it was not receiving texts or calls so couldn't confirm payments etc.! All seems to be working now.

@natasha9753 @EE I ordered mine on 31/10 and every 7 days I get that generic message, was told would be here 13th, then by yesterday, but all I got yesterday was another message saying “on track” considering to cancel, get a pay as you go from @Vodafone and buy in store when they actually arrive

@EE You have failed to deliver my phone 4 times and incorrectly blamed your couriers. After numerous calls to your customer service department you are still sending me texts about my new?? contract but noone can be bothered to sort this out #wheresmyphone 🤔
