    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @ThaFlyingYrkshm @EE @bt_uk It's EE. I had to leave them because their reception is so bad here. It's a shame BT don't allow their hubs to access all networks. To be fair to BT they responded straight away and said as much. EE haven't bothered.

    @EE Ordered My Upgrade On Sunday And To My Shock Once It Had Been Completed I Got A Text With Link To Your Tracker But Never Got Any E Mail Confirmation So Has This Way Of Confirmation Been Change At All ??

    @EE We're on to day THREE now of problems in the G51 area of Glasgow. Calls disconnecting continually or not getting through. Your status checker continues to say it'll be fixed within 16 hours. What is happening??!!

    @EE Hi, are there any problems with the EE SMS service? This morning when I send a text it won't send and says to try again. I can receive texts ok but can't send. My mobile phone is a Motorola. Thanks Richard.

    @EE I never use all the data on my plan, is there a way of somehow donating that (+some calls and texts) to homeless people that may need it? Is this a thing? Can it be a thing? Anyone know? #homelessness

    @EE you cancelled by broadband because of an @WeAreOpenreach problem. You couldn't get hold of me because your phone number comes up as spam on my phone and you send so many text messages I can't prioritise them. As a comms company have you got a communication issue?

    @DPDgroup_news Nice One DPD, wife in hospital having emergency surgery, DPD switch delivery of my @ee phone to a matalan store I can't get to, without my OK, DPD slam the phone down on me when they don't want to help

    @EE I keep getting texts saying work is being done in the area. I’m ending up not having service more often than not. It’s a bit irritating when I’m paying a contract yet I can’t even use my phone half the time.
