@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

@EE so my original phone contract that I took out was £56. It went up to £63 which was bad enough. Now I have an email saying that my contract is going up by £9. So it’ll be £72. & when I call up the very unhelpful man said ‘there’s nothing we can do’ is this a joke?! 😤🤬

@EE I have not received any notification, by email or post, of any price rise you're imposing on my contract. Before you ask, yes, my contact details are correct. Don't regulations stipulate that you have 30 days to notify a customer on this rise? Answer the question properly @Ofcom

@foreverbluetoo @EE Its been terrible for me, my dad laughs when we go to Wembley or old trafford or St james park etc, he gets Internet, others in the stadium do but hardly any gor me, although EE aren't much better at Wembley, sponsor it yet the coverage is like 3G in 22nd Century world

@foreverbluetoo @EE All mobile phone companies will I crease a customer's monthly cosy each April. This is caused by the consumer price index rate published in January each year. What I do find is wrong, is the additional % that they add on!
