Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

You couldn't get hold of me because your phone number comes up as spam on my phone and you send so many text messages I can't prioritise them. As a comms company have you got a communication issue?
