Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !
-

Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, EnglandAppalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.
-
Sharon Sandhu (@gooness78) reported from Slough, England@EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. -
Sam J (@samj2501) reported@EE @EE 40 minutes into a live chat trying to get this sent out still. Whoever decides your customer services scripts and strategy needs sacking immediately.
