Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.
