Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

Andrew Dallin. (@adallin) reported@EE I do ,I had 4 contacts its now down to 2, shortly 1. Pricing is important and all networks have benefits, yours aren't that Amazing for me, some networks still have free roaming as standard for example.
