    @EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE It’ll be connected and than randomly appear. I’ve been with you since Tuesday and it happens every day. Also, I’ve having really connectivity issues on multiple devices. Speed tests show a decent 60Mbps but I can’t connect to video and pictures on Twitter don’t load

    @EE I'm disappointed to find out that 5G doesn't work unless you're on a special "5G" plan. That's not the case with other operators. Your £16 plan only allows a paultry 1GB(!) meaning you can use your entire data allowance in less than 30 seconds.
