@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE your website and app are the worse I've ever used. Try upgrade website crashes. Try pay bill website crashes. Can never log onto app. Then I end up waiting 30 mins on the phone to speak to someone. This isn't just a one off its all the time. Fix it.

@EE are useless. They charged me 3 months of broadband when I had switched, "It looks like they didn't cancel your account..." so they closed my account and 'refund all the money you've been paying"... One MONTH later, still no refund... call them again...
