@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE SW8 - service has been out now since Monday. Unable to make calls or use data. Yesterday morning the network checker said service would be restored in 8 hours. Yesterday evening it said 14 hours. Now it says 3 hours. Is there an *accurate* estimate of what is happening?

@virginmedia @helkhiana Your generic responses are so poor. You should be notifying people when there is going to be this level of disruption to their service. If people withheld their direct debit you'd send letters out within days. Your customer service is horrific. I'm so glad I get to use @EE
