    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    @CharlotteWillc5 @EE I had the same issue, ring them. The issue on my side was that the card details didn't match up to the account holders. Sorted it out over the phone. Hope this helps!

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    I was offered a 3 month trial, and then a further 3 month trial after that expires, that I will need to contact them about at the time. I’ve had to reregister with BT but the confirmation email hasn’t come through yet so I’m still locked out @ee 😩 it never ends (2)
