@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

@EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

What the hell is going on with the iOS @EE app, constantly tells me it’s the wrong password when I’ve been using it successfully for months, the reset password email never comes through to me either

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

@EE I've set up a Hub Pro for a relative. The auto channel doesn't work, it defaults to lowest channels. Why does it send hidden SSIDs out? Main MAC = EE:EE:22:33:44:55, Hidden MAC = EE:EE:22:33:44:56. It's 1 out on each band. What's the Hidden one for?

@EE mast down again. Msg resolve in 14 hrs, then 7 hrs now we are taking a while- we will get back to you. As no fixed landline ee only way so Wi-Fi calling is like trying to stir tea with a choc spoon. What are you going to do about? Give comp so we can use another mobile!
