@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

Last month @EE added an 'itemised billing charge' to my account. Promised to remove it, as it was never requested. Got told it had been told. Low and behold, a new bill and yet again they've added it. Absolute useless sacks of ****. Time to make an official complaint.

@rednev2005 @virginmedia @EE Yea I would move from virgin cause the customer service is so poor, if you do stay with them however I strongly suggest upgrading the router doesn’t have to be NETGEAR there are other good makes but anything other than virgin own hubs 👍
