@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE On both my iPhone 13 and my wife’s Samsung Note 20 - the new look My EE app is b0rked. On both it says in a green box “You’re all out of data” but if you scroll down the Data Remaining graphic shows the correct amount of data….

Yep - managed to extract the IPA, and it’s been built in Flutter… Everything feels like a web page. It’s horrible and slow. The new design is awful too - there’s no visual flair, no visual identity. It looks like it’s totally unstyled. Really, really not impressed @EE!

@VodafoneUK 2 weeks left on my phone contract. Have contacted many time the last 4 weeks to find the right renewal deal. Am being told by advisors 2 go 2 @EE or @TheO2 as 'New customer' deals elsewhere can't be beaten. Or to come back in a few months when the deals are better.

@EE Currently not able to make or receive any calls on my business contract. Your live chat says they can't help business customers, WhatsApp doesn't have any support options & the call centre didn't speak great English and just cut me off - what am I supposed to do?
