    Hi @EE since we have changed our phone line from @bt_uk its been the worst mistake we receive on average 8 #scam calls a day obviously your call filters are totally crap note to myself: dont use @EE totally rubbish security

    Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

    @bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE Hi Matty, no need mate. I’ve solved the problem and am now getting emails again. It turned that, for some reason, the words “recent:” had been put before my user name. I removed that and re-entered my password, and it all fell back into place. I can now send and receive again.
