  @EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

  @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

  @EE Leave me alone EE, 2hr calls every month trying to sort your issue out only to be passed to someone else having to explain multiple times. Hopefully with @Ofcom help I will be able to terminate my contract early without charge.
