Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

My signal has dropped in the same specific areas for months, advised to use WIFI calls but still kept dropping out. Got to the point my signal was dropping constantly. Was advised to turn off 5G last week & so far so good!
