    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    Once again @EE you’ve crashed in my area!!! I haven’t got WiFi set up in my new house yet so rely on my phone for everything!! Having to use my parents WiFi isn’t the best!!! I have 3 kids and I’m type 1 diabetic I need service!!! You seem to be down more than available

    @EE there seems to be real problems with the NHS app working on the EE network - and only on EE. It throws up an error message nearly everytime meaning you can't download your covid pass except on WiFi. Any idea why?
