I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.
