    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    @EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    @EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....

    I’m so glad I’m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. Can’t use apps if I’m not at home connected to wifi. Any good network in Pembrokeshire??? Please do NOT respond EE. I don’t care.

    @EE Spent 53 minutes on a call with the solution being an option of extra £15 per month so still not resolved ! One for CEOemail I suspect

    @EE I have—repeatedly After a further 40 min call secured appt for tomorrow PM. It shouldn’t be this difficult to become a New Customer, where equipment is correct & right 1st time✅ It’s cost me over 5.5hrs of my time If you say you’ll call back—just do what you say you’ll do!
