Andy Whent (@andywhent) reported from Enfield Lock, England@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
