Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

:steve: counsell (@stevecounsell) reported@EE @EE data speed in the NN6 / Crick Northants area continues to degrade. Yesterday, download speeds were down to less than 500kbs (half a meg). When is EE going to spend some of the HUGE profits on fixing this? It's been a problem since Nov. 2019!
