    Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

    @EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

    @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE
