  @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

  @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??
