@EE #5G #network Same unreliable useless EE 5G service. I am in London West End and calls keep dropping, internet slow. Phone showing 3G signal. 4G was better. EE network service is going backwards. 👎🏻

@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

@EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

@EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

@EE It’s business broadband with sim & router with satellite dish pointing at a mast. The 1st mast failed so much (and constantly being repaired) that it was positioned towards another mast. We have done a week of readings and the speed has never got above double figures. 1/2

@EE ???? Your own tech department confirmed that the equipment sent was out of date not suitable for the job. I DIDT CHOOSE THE EQUIPMENT I choose the service . THIS IS TYPICAL OF THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY - IT MUST BE THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!

@EE bit embarrassed so far that I recommended my partner to swap to your network and no Email address was taken for DPD details, no tracking number has been sent and therefore the delivery time couldn’t be upgraded. Hopefully it arrives before 1pm or it’s going to be a problem!
