@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE Up the bandwidth to high congestion areas. I'm not up for workarounds just because you are not delivering the service I am paying for...... Seems to me you guys and BT your owners are let off the bandwidth hook too often

@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.
