Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
