  @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  Still no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home
