@ChatMarketingUK @EE I’ve been waiting two weeks for mine and the last time I called up EE, just as they were about to explain the line disconnected and they didn’t call back. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

@bt_uk @EE my broadband router has a known issue in that the power cable develops a fault and you lose broadband until it’s replaced. Is there a reason you don’t tell your customers what you know so they don’t lose their internet for 2 days and without compensation?

@bt_uk @EE I tried that before messaging here to be told that you are aware of the issue of power cables for hubs breaking down but you have decided not to tell customers about it until they suffer a fault. Even a manager told me the same. Poor decision especially without compensation?
