    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    ee really trying my patience. mobile signal has been practically non-existent for more than a week. Local Facebook reports 2 masts out locally for over a week. tried to log into my account 3 times, each times says passcode invalid. @EE with EE for phone broadband and 2 mobiles.

    @EE I have had no signal all day. I know multiple people nearby who have the same issue. Your signal checker says it is fine. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone says there is maintenance planned in 3 days so it might be off until then. Not good enough.

    Happy Monday, @EE have left me with no wifi to do my job. Zero resolution after a 30 minute call. I've had to go through the palava of setting up with a different broadband supplier today. Absolute nightmare - avoid at all costs.

    @GB_MRT @EE I had it at the weekend 2 hours trying to sort out EE tv, 6 months into 2 year contract but has never worked properly!! Call handler was spot on to be fair and in the end agreed we could terminate the tv contract as we were keeping phones and internet…..hold music is bad though!
