  @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

  @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!
