@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

Having to go in the #wrexham #business center because @ee and @OpenreachHelp can't be bothered plugging me in. I've had no internet since the 4th of November. Can't run like that.. It's a #BTopenreach problem but the best we have is "we'll review it on the 29th".
