The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Adam Fl🌼wers (@adzflowers) reported@ThreeUKSupport Initially signed up to @EE for 5G router but nearest Mast was broken, so I cancelled as was unable to use the service. I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.
