  @MMKUK1 @Ofcom @EE Take the issue back to EE and not waste your time with a social media worker for Ofcom. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
