    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    @EE Hi Georgia, the advisor I spoke to admitted that new customer deals can't always be given to existing customers, so I'm afraid your comment about valuing existing customers doesn't ring true. I would in effect be charged £224 over the contract as an 'existing customer penalty'.

    @EE I've got a new Pixel 5 that is supposed to be 5G. I live in Croydon and don't get 5G at all there. And I'm currently in central London and have no 5G option at all. Surely I should be getting coverage? Any help with this would be great.
