@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

LOVE that @EE called, because I've been a loyal customer for 12 years I can purchase additonal items to add to my monthly bill. What happened to rewarding actual loyalty? 'Here we're going to take £5 off your next bill for the thanks'... idk, it was just a sale op not a thanks.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I thought I was protected as I had an older plan and didn’t intend to upgrade. Surprise surprise, EE send me a messaging saying that I’ll be forced to upgrade. I said I didn’t want this, knowing I’d lose Free Roaming. They said, yes unfortunately, you’ll lose that service.

@EE Using Latest MacOS, I tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All have the same issue, one cannot select a country to see the prices. The whole “add-on” for calls abroad is a bit of a messy experience frankly. Still can’t figure out how much are the plans & how much the calls would be
