I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

@EE that you can get the same phone on a payment plan for £30pm, compared to the £57pm she’s now being charged on a 24 month contract. I’m just really disappointed as I’m a long term customer (10 years) and I really feel the rep in store has taken advantage and upsold unnecessarily
