  @pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

  @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

  @EE What on earth is happening with EE? App rarely works without errors & sorry this page can’t be found please try again later. Now I get services blocked even though bills paid on time & excellent credit history. Time to leave one thinks.

  @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
