Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

Hey @EE you sold me a faulty handset and failed to accept it's broken. You wont let me cancel my contract without a £900 fee, when I call, I was put on hold for 30mins whilst waiting for a manager, then the line goes dead!

EE @EE is normally really good phone you call 150. It's usually a quick process and you hardly have to wait. Bit iv been hold for like 20-25mins now listening to music. Why is customer service and general service all going down hill and poor now. So frustrating.
