  Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

  @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

  @EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them
