    @EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE still no Internet in HP13. Been over 24 hours now. Was told yesterday it was due to a power outage, and engineers were working on it. But still nothing. I need urgently as I work from home. Do you have any sense what's going on?

    @EE your WiFi keeps dropping out when we have paid the bill so frustrating it keeps cutting off and going to the admin page sort it out every 10 mins this happens if you cannot rectify this we want compensation for lack of service very disappointed

    @EE The current router is in the living room and the signal is fine there but doesn't really reach other rooms particularly upstairs. I can't change location of router because it's attached to an external aerial

    @bt_uk Was with @BT #BT via EE @EE - The merger/buyout has been kept quiet/on the down-low. Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.

    @EE …. I have been with EE / Orange for 20 + years as they used to offer great customer service. I have recently renewed my contracts and they’ve messed them all up. Tried to resolve this through chat-help.Totally useless. Please cancel my contracts - I’m off Tesco Mobile !

    @AaronJamesFolan @EE @EE we've only had our BT Homehub WiFi box for 3 days but the WiFi keeps dropping off every 10 minutes since last night. We're in the London SE26 area and our mobile signal is great. If this keeps happening we'll cancel and return it. Please advise on how to fix this.

    Hi @EE had no broadband all day in HP13. Was told it was due to a power outage. Any idea when things will be back up - will need a connection in the morning for work!!
