  • naazalii itsmenaaz (@naazalii) reported from Poplar, England

@EE I called up and they said there was problems with my area. They will solve it it’s been 24 months now and there had been times where they have compensated me. However majority of the time I have been given false promises and been lead on

  • NandaSurabhi Surabhi Nanda (@NandaSurabhi) reported from Ilford, England

@MarcAllera @EE please train your staff to trust customers. My device has disappeared in thin air ! It was a gift for my dad and EE team just said I am “demanding” a device when asked for replacement while you investigate. Please sort my problem #CustomerExperience

  • kerem6okce KG (@kerem6okce) reported from Hackney, England

He deleted the tweet I couldn’t even see it. @EE needs to terminate ungrateful customers like this man.

  • Lochlanndg Lochlann (@Lochlanndg) reported from Stratford, England

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

  • simonfromharlow SfH (@simonfromharlow) reported from Stratford, England

@vicgoddard I have long suspected that @EE withhold automatic carrier ‘over network’ updates to handsets that they’d like to nudge you to upgrade

  • AzzyChill 🎄🎅 AzzyKevmas 🎅🎄 (@AzzyChill) reported from London, England

.@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

Well your customer service is like your service @ThreeUK. I’m off to @ee

  • twynne Tom Wynne (@twynne) reported from Poplar, England

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

  • naazalii itsmenaaz (@naazalii) reported from Poplar, England

@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

  • RicciQueens Lord Panache (@RicciQueens) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE I’ve had no service since yesterday unless I’m in WiFi using WIFI call, I can’t make calls.

  • adrian_pennelli Mr P (@adrian_pennelli) reported from Hackney, England

Ah well. So it will be good riddence to @EE at the end of my contract and hello to @virginmedia and @Virgin as they have been excellent dealing with my wife's issues unlike you lot. Dreadful service from @EE where the customer is taken for granted. #poorservice #poorcustomercare

  • Taimsss Taimour (@Taimsss) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE been a loyal customer for many years with multiple lines.... time for an upgrade think its time to move to @ThreeUK! As @ThreeUK are offering me a better deal for £17 cheaper. Your customer service agent response was "Okay, Cool!" #poorservice #

  • NandaSurabhi Surabhi Nanda (@NandaSurabhi) reported from Ilford, England

@EE APPALLED by your service - your courier delivers a parcel to another address and you don’t trust your customer to say they have not received it and not willing to help the customer #CustomerExperience #EE

  • smartpicsuk The Burtons (@smartpicsuk) reported from London, England

@EE it appears somebody is trying to set a fraudulent account from my home address. Can’t get through to customer service. Acc no is 179351621

  • kevinhayles Kevin Hayles (@kevinhayles) reported from Harlow, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cal2690 Cal269 (@cal2690) reported

@ian_muirhead @EE I do a £10 monthly bundle with @VodafoneGroup which is great for me. Never bother with contracts anymore.

  • KevinPaulJames Kevin Paul James (@KevinPaulJames) reported

@CaptainDarlingK @ColinBrazierTV @EE are criminals when it comes to pricing and customer service which is abysmal and the shop staff are like bots.

  • AddickAddict Gary Naylor (@AddickAddict) reported

@EE 14.4% increase. That isn't a change in contract. That's inflation plus 3.9% for the same service! I do hope that all the employees of EE and BT (EE's parent company) have had their salaries increased by 10.5%. To not do that would be rather hypocritical after all.

  • ackmyster ackmyster (@ackmyster) reported

@EE 4g not working have just a cross instead ?

  • KalpeshLathigra KALPESH LATHIGRA (@KalpeshLathigra) reported

@EE Have sent your team a DM having serious issues with roaming India

  • JoshuaTAllerton Joshua Allerton (@JoshuaTAllerton) reported

@EE How much profit has EE made on the previous 3 years? How much profit are you making of each new customer? This is a decision from EE to grab as much cash from customers as possible. There's no attempt from the business to absorb some of the costs. 100% greed.

  • Allans1969 Allan (@Allans1969) reported

@RichardJMurphy I had similar so voted by taking my contracts elsewhere. Over 20 years with them and this is how they treat customers. Only after I requested pac codes for the 4 lines did they take an interest. Nope too late, had enough of being treated with contempt @EE

  • Tricky1884 Richard Foster (@Tricky1884) reported

@EE Perhaps so but this might have been a good year to consider splitting that burden between customer and profit rather than pushing it all to customers. A 14.4% price increase is too much.

  • TempoRoad Jason Johnson (@TempoRoad) reported

@EE Hi. No mobile broadband since Saturday evening. Update at the time said there’s a problem in the BT41 area and it’ll be sorted within 16 hours. It still says the same. You say call helpline. The helpline know nothing. Thanks, Everything Everywhere, for nothing here 👍

  • Jimmy_Jostle Mark Alex (@Jimmy_Jostle) reported

@EE A 14.4% increase in monthly bills which makes mine £150 a year more. I'll be blunt. **** you!!
