I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

@EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

@EE Thank you I understand that! But I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and working in retail myself keeping loyal customers happy and making feel wanted by the company no matter how much money they spend, I think, is very important in retail!

@EE On hold with your terrible phoneline. How is it you can't tell me how long I have to wait? My cousin was selling that kind of service to companies 25 years ago. Ordered the 4GEE Home 18m 100GB on 3rd Aug, still no sim card, despite 4 phone calls. Started charging me though
