Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England
@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)
-
Borja Bilbao (@Borja_Bilbao) reported from Hounslow, England

-
aaron. (@HarunTulunay) reported from Poplar, England
@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.
-
AH (@ashleyhaase0) reported from Croydon, England
@EE how can both your service and customer service be trash. £93 a month for this non sense. Better off using giff gaff.
-

Gina Hall (@Futsal_London2) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....
-
Toni Leigh Turner✨ (@_xxtoniturner) reported from Watford, England

-
Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England
@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this
-
Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England
@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

@EE can you please advise. I signed up for a contract, £105 a month in February. You then raised the price less than a month into the contract to £120. The problem I have is the same contract I’m now paying £120 a month for is for sale on your website for £99 a month.

@EE Protecting vulnerable customers suffering from financial hardship whilst creating the financial hardship. Good logic EE. Still, advertising the same products but for cheaper for new customers after the existing customer price increase. I smell 💩

@EE My 5GEE modem has lost 5G over the past 36 hours or so and is stuck on a 4G signal. Have moved it to a couple of spots around the house with no luck. Is it possible this is due to work in the area, or down to something else?
-
bean (@sush1trash) reported
@EE is the signal down in Dorchester? My 4g isn’t working at all even though it says I have it
-
Samb (@Sambisback) reported
@EE it is truly awful that one of your responses to a customer in financial difficulty is for your employees to suggest a rewards point scheme. It is beyond insulting.
