In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

@EE No not really ! They claim it a problem with open reach. I have been without WiFi since 28/1 and the next review date is the 10/2 I personally don’t understand why it takes so long. This should have been working on the 14/1 . I speak with EE every day what more can I do

@EE Hi EE! We have intermittent broadband connection and our hub flashes yellow or green a few times a day sometimes for hours. We have had a hub replacement and BT line tested. Working from home is stressful and we are paying for a bad and patchy service.
