@EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

@EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when it’s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder there’s “high volume” on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen 👀)

Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

@EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

@EE what’s the issue with signal around wythenshawe hospital area? Seems like a mast is down or something. Soon as you enter the area my signal drops completely. Can’t listen to my music in the gym. Been like this for 2 weeks now and it’s everyone on EE at the gym

@FlwerScotland @EE Mobile companies. 😡 I switched to @Vodafone last year but the SIM never turned up so I went elsewhere (during cooling off period). Turns out they’d already taken monthly DD. One year later and still only got half back even though technically never contracted. Don’t go there.

Went back to @EE over a month ago and had my phone delivered about a month later. 2 days later they still haven’t activated my sim!! I knew I’d made a mistake going back to them. I never had problems with BT.

@EE Ive complained about signal time & time again, all I ever seem to get is “we cant find a problem” or “there may have been maintenance in the area”. Your customer care once locked into a contract is diabolical. You’re clearly a firm who are all about the money and I’ve had enough!
