    @EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

    @EE please stop using DPD to send out phones. 2 years ago they lost my phone during delivery and this time they didn’t even try to deliver it to the address just delivered it to a neighbour who hasn’t been home since yesterday so more than 24 hours later still no phone! Awful!

    @EE Thank you! I'm doing well, I'm leaving because the "extra charges" on my account every other month for missed payments even though I haven't missed actually missed a payment. Been a customer for years and it keeps happening and now I'm just sick of it.

    @EE You previously vowed not to reintroduce EU-roaming charges. How can anyone feel confident using a network which lies and gets too grEEdy?. Obviously more interested in satisfying your shareholders. BT fatcats just cannot get enough cream! I hope you lose a lot of customers!

    @EE Very sad to hear you’re re introducing roaming charges. When my contract ends I will not be renewing with you for this reason alone. My service with you has been great but you can’t promise something only to change it a few months later. Very disappointed & saddened…
