@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE called you before to upgrade and got offered a great price which i accepted and agreed to T&C's that were read out. Didnt get any confirmation after the call so called back a few hours later, only to be told they cant offer what was offered earlier. Pretty poor of EE really.

@EE Trying to top up pay as you go 4g sim on backup wifi. Cannot login to payment page as you have to be connected to internet to prove not a robot!!! Then wont process payment. Tried two cards now. Internet says call 150. Been on hold for 45 minutes. BAD SERVICE #EENOTGOODENOUGH
