  @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

  Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer
