@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE I get a poor signal either at work or at home … always have with EE at home … office is in St Katherines Way, London right next to Tower Bridge which I personally find extraordinary…not sure what you can do

Hey @EE our 19 yo daughter is in Portugual 1st adult holiday. We have asked for roaming to be activated. Told 24 hrs but 36 hours later still not working. Not ideal as we worry for her safety. Tried chat and useless. Please help us as we worry.
