    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

    Thanks @ee for using only #IPv6 great for you to force this on users when not every #ISP provides support for it so now my 3CX app wont work as its hosted on a IPv4 server as the ISP dont supply IPv6

    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

    And now with a phone I bought elsewhere which is becoming unusable, you are unable to help or even cut down my price plan. DO NOT USE @EE . That’s the moral of the story. They will lie and cheat and put you in impossible positions. Also shout my details across the shop 2/2

    I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE I've always said EE customer service is great but ordered a Samsung watch over 2 weeks ago for my husband and was told it would take a week as there was a shortage from Samsung due to covid. Fair enough! Said I'd get an update. A week later I called, still no watch available

    @QPR52 @roniirojdi @EE That’s her experience. What’s that got to do with the OP? My partner has never been homoohobically abused, I’ve been hospitalised twice for just walking down the street and called names nearly everyday. Don’t compare others’ experience in a way to dismiss their own

    @EE @plusnethelp Hi - for the past three days there has been no mobile network during the day in Dalton-in-Furness due to upgrade work. Any idea how long this will go on for? Each day it's about 11/12 hours down then back in the evenings. Postcode LA15.

    @EE No one hates them or any other player in the team. People have short memories, Beckham had an effigy strung up from a lamp post when he got sent off after the WC. They stepped up tried to be clever and failed 2 of the pens were poor Rashfords was unlucky. Nothing to do with race
