@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@DipakV88 @EE O2 is the only utility company that has held my loyalty since I moved to the UK 14 years ago. But I will admit, the network coverage in London can be patchy!

If Kevin Bacon had my @EE #5G service his bloody barber would have more headless customers than Sweeney Todd… Actually had to reset it to 3G to get a semblance of a decent reception 😡

@EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

@ennui78 @EE YES! Renewed my contract last month after they 'price matched' for me to stay. Price increase text this morning. Spoke to Customer Service and got given a load of usual drivel and no help
-

@EE Happy Friday! 🙄What an absolute pile…. Only 13 months on current contract, on a “valued customer” offer, to end up paying more than the contract would have been without it! Other companies have frozen their increases, not GREEDY EE!
-
Paul Charlton
(@rockhopperst4) reported
@PaulTPhotograph @EE Thankfully my contract finishes on the 20th April so I'll be looking for a better deal elsewhere after being with EE for many years. I imagine their site is down because many people are trying to log on to do the same!
-
Brendan.J.Taylor
(@BrendanTaylor87) reported
@EE @Jimbomarshall1 More copy & pasted crap. Vodaphone, sky mobile & giff gaff all freezing price increases. This is nothing but greed & taking advantage of those already in contract with yourselves. Going to be alot of people leaving EE soon
-
drumsorbit (@drumsorbit@mstdn.social)
(@drumsorbit) reported
Mobile bill with @EE going up just over £10 a month, in contract, based on inflation, etc. Allowing mobile companies to do this should be illegal anyway as a person can't break the contract. Short term gain to lose another customer.
