@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

@EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

@EE lovely when your complaint is ignored. Raised on 17th Feb ID1990590. This was about being lied to on black Friday, told I would get a £200 by the advisor. But then told it wasn't meant for me. Shocking. @BBCWatchdog can you help? How can you trat customers like this!!

@EE Been with EE for over 10 years , done a comparison quote and it’s actually £2 cheaper a mth than I pay now , with an extra near on £8 on top , you’re the most expensive network. 😕 it’s a big price jump
