    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...

    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    @EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @LiToast @bt_uk @EE My BT unbreakable internet experience was slow and dreadful, and I returned it immediately. They still billed me for the month. Thankfully I hadn’t yet cancelled the other one, but that’s not perfect. I wonder if fibre internet is better.

    @EE I think you have a problem with the Amy Account section of your website. Neither the add or website seem to be working. Other people are tweeting. For example I’m trying to view my bill and date usage, just goes to a blank white screen

    @EE how the hell use call yourself the best network I don’t know cause without fail every time I run out of data an need to transfer it over from my dads account to mine the apps always down an so is the site for maintenance ffs every time tho
