-
Halloween Jack (@red_mutant_eyes) reported@EE you ignored my message. Your DMs are automated and don’t read messages and your app chat bot doesn’t help either. My mobile network has been down for days. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Your ‘updates’ say nothing. How are we meant to know what’s happening
-
beth a (@loisgriff_) reported. @EE I haven’t had signal since 3am whats going on?
-
MCFC Ant (@MCFC2012) reportedSomething weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?
-
Daniel Allen (@MrDanAllen) reported@EE Hi EE! Just received my copy of 007 First Light bought through yourselves - how do I claim the EE exclusive Casino Suit in game? I haven't received a code in my emails or in the copy of the game... Please can you help?

-
JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reportedDear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.
-
THE Wandering Shrew (@WShrew2) reported@EE What is going on with broadband, YO7? Fix it ASAP
-
WelshSully (@WelshSully96) reported@dpduk_ just to make you aware your drivers have unauthorised people doing deliveries while in the van. You attempted to deliver with a photo of the wrong address. Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE
-
Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
