AgentGrizzle ™ © (@AgentGrizzle) reported from Tottenham, EnglandHello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

Ayo (@ChocOnTour) reported from Hackney, England@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic
-

Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England@EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...
-
Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.
-
グラハム・スミス® (@BancoDePapa) reported from Tottenham, England@Femi_Sorry @EE A little bit pathetic isn't it Femi.... I'm not even an @EE customer....

JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reportedDear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.
-
oufc_sausage_rolls (@spindloufc) reported@EE I need to speak to technical support urgently. Cannot be solved on the app!
-
peter bruce🐟 (@peterbruce) reported@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .
-
Too Tall (@TooTall03965500) reported@EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.
-
Colin Raffell (@Newtonpop) reported@EE do you have an online chat facility please? I’ve got a problem with my daughters PAYG phone & she’s out in Australia

PushbackUK (@PimPGA) reportedHey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.
-
Sam Gray (@vespasam) reported@EE The bigger concern is why the seal is broken? I thought the item was New? I have never bought a PlayStation product with a broken seal
