Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

Rob McDowall FRSA (@robmcd85) reportedNot very happy with @EE. Initiated a Port In. Tried to cancel and was advised they could reverse it in 72 hours. Needless to say, the agent misinformed me and it can’t be done. No ambiguity as done over live chat.
