I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@EE I then went to EE on Sunday to claim my insurance, which I had been told in the shop was full insurance. The customer sales rep completely dismissed everything I said and told me the “full insurance” I was sold only actually covered damage. The EE sales rep miss sold me cover

@EE have treated me (a loyal customer of 20 + years) with no respect or loyalty over the last few days. I upgraded my phone and took out “full insurance” 3 weeks ago. I then had my phone stolen on Saturday, leaving me shaken and extremely distressed.
