    @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

    @EE just got off the phone from retentions. Awful service and attitude from your staff! Loyalty certainly doesn't pay. Will be leaving after nearly 30 years and will be taking my families 5 plans too...

    @EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    I am so gutted I canโ€™t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay ยฃ15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @EE your all is absolutely useless. Why is it impossible to sign in? It has failed to log in more times then be successful. Combined with the continuous signal problems, I am honestly disappointed to have moved over.

    @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild

    @EE This is getting silly now. First, your upgrade page was down yesterday and although it is back up Iโ€™m now on interminable hold (25 mins and counting) to do this over the phone. Before you say I can upgrade online, Iโ€™m fully aware of that but I have questions for a real person.

    @EE Itโ€™s been a year with no access to my EE app. Every support call ends with promises, then my case gets closed with no fix or follow up. My bill is increasing in April but Iโ€™ve had zero info. Really poor service can you resolve this and offer compensation?

    @EE Oh my days. Ordered a phone its all messed up now cancelling and going to Tescos to buy the said phone that was ordered the service has been abismle. Service of the year ? You must be joking ! Primary school children could do a better job ๐Ÿ˜’
