@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

  • lucy_anne95
Luci-Ann (@lucy_anne95) reported from Rochester, England

@EE thank you for your special offer that includes unlimited data for 5 days for £5 and 7 days for £7. I could use the offer again if it comes up. Having no internet sucks!

@EE keep hammering on these ridiculous price increases “in line with inflation” which is 8.8%, which by the way, these increases are WAY higher than 8.8%, thinking we ain’t just gonna tell them to **** right off at the end of our contracts? Nah. Buh-bye 🖕

  • RebeccaTweets__
    Rebecca (@RebeccaTweets__) reported

@EE Hello, I was wondering if you could please check my account. I haven't been able to access mobile broadband when I have been travelling (both US and EU) and I have a trip coming up so I am hoping to have the issue solved before then

  • aarondaniel_9
    Aaron Price-Moore (@aarondaniel_9) reported

I'm sorry but @EE putting my monthly bill up by £7.20 a month in line with inflation feels criminal when you know they will never lower their prices back down again. #CostOfLiving

  • JulianCTurner1

@aerial99 @EE I just left Smarty as they do not support short code texts! They are cheaper but you get what you pay for...

  • admrobrts
    Adam Roberts (@admrobrts) reported

So I joined @EE in 1 March. A monthly contract of £101. 7 days later they email to inform me my bill will increase to £115.54 on 31 March. 14.4% increase. Nice way to welcome a new customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  • everett_liam
    Liam Everett (@everett_liam) reported

@EE my plan has gone up £15.52 since March 2022...since then I can't get signal in my house so if my WiFi goes down I'm screwed and I can't access the my ee app from my phone. How can you justify these increases when I'm actually getting less for my money?

  • FxckBethaanyy
    Biff🔮 SAW MAYA!!! (@FxckBethaanyy) reported

@ee putting my phone bill up by £12 a month is outrageous! I already pay £89, bet as soon as prices come down you won’t be putting them back down, money robbing!! 😡😡
