A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

Once again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

@EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

@VodafoneUK And you know what’s worse, as much as I don’t like @EE as a company, they actually have (it still takes effort) a way to break through the silly non-support questions/answers phase & you get someone owning your issue, and a direct contact with them until they fix it. Try harder!

@petermjohns @EE Thanks. I usually don’t have any issue with EE customer service (phone+broadband), but I honestly don’t contact them much. I will be shopping around though for definite. Especially after price increase. Needs to be high speed fibre though
