    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE so how comes you guys aren't extending signal coverage to Ackers Fold, Wigan, WN7 4BQ the cell coverage is pathetic. And their about to hike another 400 homes that side

    Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE this is the 2nd day I have had issues with phonecalls in and out. My phone is important for emergency matters. We have calls to and from many medical professionals and agencies This is not good enough. I've been waiting for calls for 2 days and can't get any.

    What has happened to @EE customer service? First they message me to say they are trebling my SIM contract price. Then make it impossible to leave after over 30 years with them because nobody can answer the phone....just cancel the DD and buy another SIM I guess?

    @EE That explains why my doctors surgery couldn’t contact me yesterday. Fortunately they tried my land line. Here was me stating there was no issue with my mobile as I had no missed calls & they are thinking I’m calling them liars…

    @EE Is this still ongoing? I still can't call Vodafone mobiles from my EE phone -"Call Failed''. Originally I was a Vodafone customer but ported to EE many moons ago.

    @TheEvEngineer @EE I’ll second that, VF are ****. Especially after my week where I had a few teams calls with them… But cmon EE, 2 days of outages, 0 comms, it sucks. They could do way better. Made worse by the fact I rescheduled everything on Thursday to Friday and then it failed again!
