  @EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

  @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
