I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
