@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

@EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

@EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Not got the original problem sorted - but we’ve abandoned that now after the drama of having no phones working at all but our phones are active again so back to square one and leaving things as they are!
