I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.
