@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

@EE made online complaint nearly 2weeks ago still no response took me over 1hr to get hold of customer service.. I finally decided to still take a contract with EE on the basis my phone would be deliver the next day.. it’s now been 2working days no news from anyone and no phone.

@EE Thanks for reply,DPD never emailed to confirm it was delivered to one of your stores, I called customer service again and they confirmed it was delivered, I hsve now collected phone.
