  @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

  @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

  @EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
