    .@EE Thanks so much for being super efficient turning off my Wi-Fi before I had actually moved out of my home. Such a shame you couldn't be more efficient with setting up the same service in my new place! 👏👏👏

    @EE I do not, sold my old phone. I had a contract with EE for over a year, pointless to think I won’t pay. I’m so let down by @EE #neverbuyEE

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    Replacing sim only with a new phone - have 6 lines on one account with @EE and never missed a payment - not credit worthy for £43 per mth contract but can have £53 per mth contract #ripoff #annoyed #thinkingofleaving

    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    @andrew_m_toms @EE Please would you share how to complain to Ombudsman? I am a long time BT customer suffering endlessly with EE for 2 and half months of very poor erratic Internet that is costing me my job and money. No fibre in my area. BT copper wire broken down.

    Been a @skytv customer for years and recently went over to @EE because I didn't feel like I was being valued as a loyal customer with sky. But im not a fan of EE tv at all so a jump back may be on thr cards if the offer is worth it! Got sold a dream and a load of messing about!

    What's a better network than @EE ? Everytime I get network unstable, calls cut off, pausing when I watch or listen. It's been over 20years but I'm tired at this point. Phone can't function without being connected to WiFi

    @EE I have managed to get through to that help now. It’s trusting though as it’s saying it’s an outside fault and will take 2 business days to fix, meanwhile I have 1 bar of 4g signal

    @EE why, if I am paying 2 direct debits for my phone do I have to pay off my handset before I can leave your absolute rip off service? I will continue to pay for the phone but refuse to pay extortionate prices for a line. 🤬😡

    @EE are ******* useless, first off sent me the wrong phone, messed up my add on and new contract price, I'm still within my 14 days cooling off period yet they want to charge me 1600 quid to cancel, I'm done with them, been with you almost 30 years and this is how I'm treated
