  @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

  @EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.

  @EE So here we go again - having not tried my TNT sport package since last Wednesday I’ve come back to it today - and guess what - I still don’t have the full set of services I’m actually paying for and I still can’t receive it - this really is a pile of 💩 Well actually over 3 weeks now I’ve been let down after let down after let down - After being told don’t worry your TNT sports will be available to you after midnight on Thursday / Friday I feel lied to - Totally fobbed off - Total lies from totally incompetent people - I had a service when I was with BT - it worked - how simple could it be to move to EE - it shouldn’t be difficult- How wrong I was. incompetent, Liars and couldn’t give a 💩 that’s actually what you are - 25 times you claim to have been voted the best - Let’s see how you fair with the media once I take this to them - I’m sick and tired of the whole damn lot of you !!   Best of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.
