@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

I find it extremely rude that major companies like @TfL and EE can raise their prices every year. I've just taken out a new phone with @EE and within a month I've received a text saying my month bill will increase.

@EE Great reply kelsey. I know it's in the contract or I wouldn't taken it to court. You're sales have problem increased more than ever during these times. So yes people will be relying on you more. How about your company's use their profits to improve connectivity and now our money

@EE switched internet connection to EE as I was having issues with TalkTalk but it turns out EE are even worse. Disconnects every 10 mins when I’m working from home & my phone doesn’t even connect to wifi when I’m just a few metres away from the box. Using so much phone data 🤯
-
Ryan Anderson
(@ryanstanley22) reported
@EE by locking your phones into being locked to the network for 6 months you are effectively taking the use away from the phone for 6 months if the 12 months I own it and for that reason I won’t be taking out any further contracts with you
