@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

@EE Hi we ordered a replacement sim on 13th April and we still haven't received it. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after it was sent, but it's not been received. We can't use the new phone we have until it arrives. Can you help please?

@EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

@EE We have spent 1000s with @EE Over the years and never seem to get any reward for it, do you know how ridiculous it is to be in a position where it's literally cheaper to pay up my other lines & cancel mine and switch to another provider, a £188 a year increase is unacceptable (2)

@EE Not investment in areas like mine, all investment goes to big cities. I am in my cooling off period and well within my rights to cancel. £8.46 rise on one contract after one day is not fair, All other providers seem to only apply CPI to Sim deals. No extra's on top. (1)
