    @EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    Thanks @ee for using only #IPv6 great for you to force this on users when not every #ISP provides support for it so now my 3CX app wont work as its hosted on a IPv4 server as the ISP dont supply IPv6

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @EE been with you just over a year and had two price hikes. At what point can I leave your network as I didn’t sign up to such a big hike in just over a year. I guess we are paying for your 5G

    If you want that genuine 1970s Cold War feel to your travel in Germany, get a phone contract with @EE. EE bends over backwards to ensure you have no signal and no data coverage so you can use pay phones instead.

    @VodafoneUK is it me or has the network coverage in and around London got worse over the last few months. Never have I seen 1 bar showing as the network. It’s getting worse day by day and I’m thinking of moving to @EE.
