    @I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Is there a direct line for customer service? Every time I ring EE I get the same recorded message asking if I’m home broadband/mobile phone and I’m neither, then I get bounced off the call.

    @EE hi, I texted 150 to see if I could upgrade my headset and was given a text saying I could but the app says I can’t. Tried ringing you but can’t get through. Just wondering what my options to upgrade was? Any help greatly appreciated
