    @EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    😡 Wtf? 7.5% increase @EE extra £4 A month! 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 As soon my contract ends in may I'm moving to different network. Especially when I can get Sim only for £10 and get 20gb MORE data then you offer on £30 month! That's rediculous prices!

    @EE Not just putting in your T&Cs that there can be any price increase or decrease at any time, then doing it next day. Enjoy your new phone and your higher bill. Like it or lump it is terrible. I will be leaving after 10 years with EE / Orange

    only found out that when the manager said something on the phone and was stand offish and rude, @EE seems they wanted to hide the fact that they couldn't be bothered to tell people, makes me wonder that they have done this many times before
