Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.
