  • quocdang Quoc (@quocdang) reported from Camberwell, England

@VodafoneUK @EE 12 days still have the same issue....

  • flyerinhiding Dave Cunningham (@flyerinhiding) reported from East Ham, England

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

  • andycoxonuk Andy Coxon (@andycoxonuk) reported from London, England

    @MrChrisPassey @scotthayesss @EE BOYS!!!! I’m on @ThreeUK sim only £15 a month #wtf

  • BenHop Benjamin Hopkinson (@BenHop) reported from Bromley, England

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

  • katiejayjones_ Katie Jones (@katiejayjones_) reported from Dartford, England

@EE 2/2 is acceptable and your customer service over the phone is very rude, we will be making a formal complaint about the whole thing, and I will continue to slate you over social media

  • ShaneGillespie Shane Gillespie (@ShaneGillespie) reported from London, England

I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

  • SaffaJohn John (@SaffaJohn) reported from City of London, England

  • sparkyjm1974 Jason Miller (@sparkyjm1974) reported from City of London, England

@ee @TheSun @DailyMirror @DailyMailUK @KentishExpress @Telegraph EE are apparently not paying their wayleave agreements and therefore their customers are without service but paying for it

  • BekahChloe7886 Bekah Chloe (@BekahChloe7886) reported from Gravesend, England

@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

  • katiejayjones_ Katie Jones (@katiejayjones_) reported from Dartford, England

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

  • quocdang Quoc (@quocdang) reported from Camberwell, England

@colincooper363 @VodafoneUK @EE Nope - I called their support line everyday and they keep telling me to wait another 24 hours

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • iakhtar1 Ims (@iakhtar1) reported

@EE I've spent an hour on the phone to EE's shocking customer services who have told me nothing can be done, telling me I need to deal with the price rise, no other choice even though I spent a month trying to agree a price a few weeks ago! With lies about more data and inflation.

  • MrsB6574 Mrs B💙 (@MrsB6574) reported

@EE It was only last night but I’ve never done an upgrade online before just want to make sure it’s not stuck or anything I would really appreciate it being delivered tomorrow lol

  • harrisonb360 harrison (@harrisonb360) reported

@EE is ee down or something dont have Signal on my phone or my step dads phone and ive restarted my phone and everything that i can think off ?

  • jsan1972 jsan1972 (@jsan1972) reported

@EE I have been told refund has been issued on 04/03 and can take up to 14 days to receive it. Why 14 days? Is this meant to be down to the Bank or EE, because most are 3-5 working days. Imagine it took that long for you to take a payment.

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@EE @mattyhighamZA Kind of makes a mockery of the word "contract" though doesn't it? If the customer changed the amount they paid you you would penalise them for breaching that contract. Contracts work both ways.

  • Nitromanuk Nitroman 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇬🇧🇮🇳🇦🇺🇳🇿 (@Nitromanuk) reported

@EE That's not the customers problem though is it? 000's have lost their jobs and you're punishing people in a pandemic when money is tight and people need phones. You have 27m customers so £2 works out at £648m a year extra for EE. Every carrier apart from Tesco, inflation only

  • PeterDBrookes Peter Brookes (@PeterDBrookes) reported

@EE We have lost signal in OX15 5

  • SwarveStudios SwarveStudios (@SwarveStudios) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Go with tesco. I was with them 4 years, switched to ee and regretted it, as soon as my 2 year contract ended i went straight back to tesco. O2 network is the best (which tesco is on). Plus tesco are very fair, have customer-friendly policies/systems and do not extort you for data

  • NickEll71142327 Nick Ellis (@NickEll71142327) reported

@Cashamusic @EE 3 signal is rubbish. 02 hands down for me. I'm with ee but my contract runs out shortly and can't wait to get away from them.

  • hryan1989 Helen Ryan (@hryan1989) reported

@tescomobile Yeah but to be fair with @EE I actually get signal, I’d rather pay more for a phone I can use!
