@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

Sitting at Leftfield waiting for Asylums and leeching off the EE WiFi. @ThreeUK's coverage I woeful. Can't phone anyone, can't text anyone. It's been bad before but this year is especially poor. If I get a ticket in October I might have to switch to @EE in time for 2023.

@EE Thanks but that is the issue I am a payg customer and not been with you for 17 month. your two local ee stores near me neither has the stock and referred me to the website.The money is ready, but I cannot buy them unless I either sign up to a contract or find a store with stock.
