@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

@kweeenkent @EE @rootmetrics My recent experience of having to call O2 off my work phone (Vodafone) to cancel my O2 contract, because my signal was so poor I couldn’t sustain a call longer than 30 seconds, would back up them being below Vodafone in this table. Moved to EE which is miles better than both.

Ok so I ordered a new SIM (having ordered 2 others that never arrived!) this one has knocked my service off and I had to have a relative call to ask why I’m unable to take calls. Apparently my service was cut when this one was ordered! Terrible customer service @EE
