    @minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE My bill is consistently between £79 & £99 per month. Suddenly & suspiciously there's £239 extra charges. Surely you can flash this as an issue to the client, happened to log in notice it. Been pushed through 3 companies so far to solve the issue.
