A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@ICOnews @Ofcom @EE hi there. Been getting regular spam phone calls from numbers which are (I think) obviously spoofing the number as the first 8 digits perfectly match my own. Last 3 always change. I’m registered with TPS. Calls either silent or play nonsense recorded msg. Help?

@EE looking into getting a family sim plan I’m currently a top up customer what options are they for a main account holder to have multiple phones + pay one bill/top up and share the usage. Don’t want to lose numbers. 3 phones currently but up to 5 in future
