@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

According to the @EE coverage checker I should have 'excellent' signal indoors and out yet I never get more than one bar of signal, so frustrating.

From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

Just switched from @SkyUK #skymobile to @EE the difference is unbelievable, it’s like my phone has been taken out of a tin box. No wonder I had always had so much piggy bank data, never had a signal to use it. Should have full refund for the last 2 years

@EE If you are in town and there is no WiFi and your network isn’t working and I’m paying for a working telephone!! Not good enough! Perhaps EE should check out what’s going on with the network in the Petersfield area, rather than asking customers to do their job for them! 😡😡😡

@EE You need to fix your call system too. The "guide" put me on hold (it seems my issue is quite unusual) and then, when your text arrived asking me to rate EE, it simultaneously cut the call off.

@VodafoneUK warns that they will (contractually) not guarantee supply of mobile signal. So I have to restart my iPhone 16 every time I get home to ensure WiFi calling connects 🤯 @EE provided a perfect service indoors so to move to them cost £116 Early Termination Fee 😡 @Ofcom
