    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

    I say again. @EE is the worst coverage I’ve ever seen. I can’t play Xbox without it disconnecting me from games, for no reason at all.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    I seriously don't know why I am wasting my breath with @EE, Attempts 8 & 9 to sort this out failed, The issue is My Account, Not the App, If the App was the issue it wouldn't be doing it on the web page as well, my account is messed up and no one appears to be able to sort it 😪.

    @spacecadet2231 @EE Tbh I have been a customer of @EE since 2013 & I have used other providers in between these years & always gone back to EE because the excellent service I’ve had every Time I’ve needed to contact them & the coverage is best to non. I’d rather pay the price & get the service I pay

    @EE Hi, my contract ends at the end of March, and the upgrades with EE are more expensive than changing to a new provider, do I have to wait until my contract ends to cancel this, and do I have to give 30 days notice? Thanks

    @nidriks1 @EE I pity the poor buggers who work for them , they are getting so much **** at the moment in their customer service dept . The lad I talked to earlier today was totally fed up and was basically agreeing with everything I said regards their pathetic excuses for a 14% increase.

    @teths11 I agree. I’ve been with them from the very start. It was 121. Then T-Mobile and then ee. The price is just stupid now. Considering they have BT satellites as well, the signal is poor. Definitely not worth the price they charge @EE epic fail with the new charges with poor service
