    @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? Iโ€™ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I donโ€™t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

    @EE broadband down. Tv/phone says connected but nothing is loading. Router is working with normal aqua light - is this happening across SE15 or just me? I WFH and need this!

    @EE When I try to login it comes up we are unable to get your details logout then login again. I've tried millions of times and still nothing.

    @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

    From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

    For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why canโ€™t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again Iโ€™m having issues uploading an hourโ€™s recording to Mixcloud. And yes Iโ€™ve rebooted my phone. Iโ€™m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Canโ€™t wait to go to @EE in November

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a ยฃ4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE @BT You people are a shambles, trying to get technical help with that useless EE superhub 7 being incompatible with my smart home devices and every single person I've spoken to has tried to sell me mobile and TV contacts, focus on the issue I'm calling about.

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

    @EE How can I speak to someone who will fix the fault on my landline please? I have spent hours on the phone and finally got through to someone sensible @ee last week. They confirmed calling my landline from a mobile is simply a dead line. Call back promised today. Nothing.

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! ๐Ÿคฌ

    Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE Iโ€™d moan if you were bad so credit where creditโ€™s due. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @EE hi there Iโ€™ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise Iโ€™ll be charged however Iโ€™ve messaged service desk on here several times but theyโ€™re not responding!!!!! We didnโ€™t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT ๐Ÿ˜ก
