    @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

    @DipakV88 @EE O2 is the only utility company that has held my loyalty since I moved to the UK 14 years ago. But I will admit, the network coverage in London can be patchy!

    @EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

    @EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

    Decided to upgrade and treat myself to a iPhone 17 pro max with @EE for Christmas only for the box to arrive with just the wire and no handset, I contacted them and got told me sorry nothing they can do wait for a investigation when I leave the country sat for STAY AWAY FROM EE!

    @Lauraaa_65 @EE I've never had a problem till now. Tbf, they advised me to cancel automatically connect and manually try different networks and this did work
