Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Scotty (@scottyf82) reported@EE I've been a customer for over ten years, and before that with orange. My Bill's total over £1500 PA and have done for the past 8 years minimum. This is the thanks I get? If my contracts were coming to an end, I would leave.

Sally Greenberg (@sallygr1) reported@EE When I went to the EE shop on Argyle St in Glasgow, they said that they had no way of determining whether the card was correct, & I had to call customer service. Then I got put on hold. Finally I risked using it, & fortunately it did top up the correct account.
