    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    PSA: Bought a @SonyUK Xperia 1 iii from @EE and it's been absolute nightmare, it's restarted at least 10x a day every day since receiving it - factory and software resets have done nothing. EE have been no help and won't send a replacement, I just have to return it. Avoid both.
