Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.
