I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

phone signal so bad at @DudleyGroupNHS #RussellsHall Just helped an elderly lady who was fretting & struggling to get in contact with loved ones & had to use WhatsApp as phone signal on @O2 and @EE wouldn’t even get a dial tone out of any of our phones. Can’t you donate boosters?

@bt_uk & @EE are same company. Move SIM from BT to EE and get a 10% discount; renew EE contract & pay full whack. So I am paying the same per month staying on EE for 6GB as someone who transfers from BT for 10GB. I now need to transfer from EE to BT and then back again. #stupid
