    @EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @kraljski @EE Ofcom might have something helpful. Or @MoneySavingExp Basically what they're selling you doesn't meet the minimum guaranteed speeds, so you should be able to have contract cancelled of they can't resolve issue.

    @EE It is always data throughput at busy times in busy locations. Coverage is fine, data just doesn't work. This is a frequent issue, others on EE reporting the same.

    If anyone has the BT Sport App with @EE and is thinking about Apple TV to cast it my advice would be don’t. It’s not compatible without them sending you off to Apple to fix the problem. They are basically selling you a non functioning system

    Well this is shit, tried to migrate to an @EE e-sim, didn’t work. Been disconnected. Tech support told me a store could sort it. Went to store, customer service girl literally threw another QR code at me. Didn’t work. Now in store 2 no joy.

    Just phoned @EE retentions to cancel my broadband due to CPI price hike. Hope they honour the waiving of the early repayment penalty as I was told they would. The rep was super cheeky saying she couldn’t believe I was cancelling over 40p increase 😡@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @EE Yes I did. And the person at the shop told me I can cancel within 14 days. My contract started on 18/01. and now, I have been told by phone that I cannot cancel the contract. This is outrageous. (Verbal contracts are also binding)
