@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE it’s a shame that EE is not the same. Became greedy. They used to unlock you phone for free after 6 months into the contract now you have to pay even at the end of your contract. I have really bad signals on my phone but the refused to early upgrade my phone. I got 3 lines

@EE I live in SY12 OQA. I live in sight of a tower and up to a week ago got fantastic coverage which I use for work. Now it’s down 5-10 time a day. Now and again 3G. Please can you tell me what is being done and how quickly this will be fixed? It is critical
