  • c74nicky Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

  • langoo Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Coatbridge, Scotland

@EE not long called regarding a potentially serious situation at home, and the lacknof understanding etc from your advisor was pathetic. Soon as I can I'll be calling to cancel every service we have with you, nothing short of disgraceful your attitude/ lack of empathy.

  • jacko10531885 jackowacko (@jacko10531885) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

  • tonyparvia Tony Parvia (@tonyparvia) reported from Dennistoun, Scotland

I've said it before, but insist I repeat myself. @EE 's app and website have to rank amongst the WORST their possibly is. It never bloody works, and you constantly have to reset passwords 😤

  • c74nicky Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE you have a cheek to send me an email saying my bill is going up end of March. For this crap service I'm currently getting??? Luckily I've got PAC code so I'll be off asap. Can't wait. Awful firm to deal with.

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

@EE you're a complete joke! Apparently you can't post out to me a claim form for a stolen/missing tech order. You never heard of @RoyalMail ? I think they've been collecting and delivering letters for over 500 years! You're a complete joke of a company..

  • gibbsgirl21 lorna gibbs (@gibbsgirl21) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ladystardust31 It’s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

  • bryanth0mpson BLT (@bryanth0mpson) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Sad to have been charged a contract cancellation fee by @EE I thought that since I’ve been a customer since 1999 they might have let it slide 😞

  • discodave14 Dave Bhoy Green (@discodave14) reported from Barrhead, Scotland

@EE is there call issues in the G78 area? Have had loads of missed call notifications and can't seem to make any calls either?

  • craigthescript Craig (Whit’s the Script?) (@craigthescript) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE Hi Helen, I appreciate your response, but after multiple failed attempts via other EE staff to help over the past few months I’ve lost all faith in the brand. This isn’t a slight on you personally, I hope you have a great day 👍🏻

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@EE after about my 8th call to you today in the last 16 days I was promised a callback. Still nothing and still no parcel from you which has either been lost or stolen. Is this **** ever going to get sorted out???? Bunch of liars each and every one of you. I'm sick to death! Joke

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

@EE can you tell me why an account has attempted to be opened in my name when I tried to help a family member place an order? It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

  • AgentZara c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.

  • Woodox76 Woody💙 (@Woodox76) reported

@EE who’s the best person to contact for home phone line not working?

  • teachandgeek Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE Good morning Helen. They fixed the problem, the issue is I never contracted a second line but apparently was paying for it for months, money I’ll never see back of course…

  • Ashleig37165882 frenchie (@Ashleig37165882) reported

@EE It’s an Apple Watch - I was paying off the handset - once that was paid off and the contract ended - what service was I getting? Nothing, I was being charged because EE relied on me not reading between the lines. (1/2)

  • teachandgeek Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

  • LEEC_5 Cur🦖 (@LEEC_5) reported

@EE @Ofcom I’ve always had a reduction on my bill because for two years I’ve used barely any data because I couldn’t. Walking to the shop and being in the garden with calls cutting off. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Who can I go to above?

  • Jackobe . (@Jackobe) reported

@EE hello, my phone has no mobile service at all at the moment. It’s been patchy for the last few days. When I go to my settings it says network not available. Can you help please?

  • RiannahWood Riannah Wood (@RiannahWood) reported

@EE is there a problem with signal and data in Dumfries and Galloway?

  • LEEC_5 Cur🦖 (@LEEC_5) reported

I think @EE is so effed up offering contracts to people knowing full well they won’t get any signal around where they live or in their homes. People should at least be discounted. Been with them for ten years too at a different address. Not only cancelling but how do I complain?

  • AllayahBlake Lay (@AllayahBlake) reported

@EE is the WORST company. They keep charging me something different every month. They have also been charging me someone else’s bill on top of mine. When I asked them to take it off they didn’t. Had to call them again to get it sorted and they have refuse to refund my money 🤬🤬

  • shig_nft Sh!g (@shig_nft) reported

@EE Where's that page that shows you the service status of home broadband? I've got a flashing turquoise modem
