@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

Over 35 mins on hold with @ee and counting & still no answer. Used to their internet cutting out nearly EVERY DAY, but this is next level. WIFI down for over an hour & mobile hotspot working for about 5 minutes at a time before cutting out for another 5 constantly.
