@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

Hey @EE, what happens when EE TV ends in March - any alternative being offered? I’m not inclined to hang around very long waiting to find out, especially with Now TV dropping off imminently.

That's it... I'm done with @SMARTYMobileUK , they have amazing contracts, great deals and customer reps... But their signal and service is absolutely terrible. The @ThreeUK network is horrific. I rarely have service even in the middle of cities. Off back to @EE again.
