@EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

@ladystardust31 It’s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

@EE not long called regarding a potentially serious situation at home, and the lacknof understanding etc from your advisor was pathetic. Soon as I can I'll be calling to cancel every service we have with you, nothing short of disgraceful your attitude/ lack of empathy.

Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.

@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

@EE can you tell me why an account has attempted to be opened in my name when I tried to help a family member place an order? It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

@EE 6 Weeks attempting to get broadband and TV services restored following the service being mistakenly disconnected by BT/EE. Spoken to approx 16 advisors and still no resolve regardless of promises. User is 92 years old and the TV is key, really poor service I’m sorry to say.
