I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
