    Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

    @EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    @prowley1981 @EE It's an absolute disgrace this new update, logging in, Slow,clunky, terrible to look at... It was perfect before. This is an absolutely shocking UI, my 5 year old could design this better with a crayon. Sort it out.

    @EE hi is there a problem with the EE app and website? I'm unable to log in it just says the password is incorrect but also wont let me change my password (it should be using my fingerprint but that option has also vanished).
