  Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

  @EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

  @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  @EE Its been nearly a month that we have been without any Internet. Countless calls made , customer support has been terrible. We have had multiple openreach engineers attend who have not been able to do anything . This has caused so much disruption to us.

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.
