@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

Appalling customer service from @EE today. After weeks of my mobile and router sims dropping Internet connection on a regular basis I was told not to bother complaining ‘as they could see data was getting though’ Advised to switch off 5G (despite switching to standalone) 🤬

I don’t understand the justification for the cost, especially being locked into a contract. If you’re moving to the UK, please test network coverage properly before signing any long contract. 2.2Mbps on “5G” in 2026 feels unacceptable. @EE

@EE I have and there isn’t an issue, apparently. When I try to report it, it says try again later. When I try on the app, it says it’s lost connection and to try again later. I dmed you the info. I’ve been dealing with this for months and respectfully, I’m reaching my boiling point

@EE well there you go, having complaints about orders a manager was supposed to phone me between 4 and 6 pm today but another call not made by EE, will call to terminate contact ending on 8 th march and take up with a competitor so farewell
