    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her โ€œemergencyโ€ PAYG phone to call folk..spent ยฃ60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a ยฃ7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

    @EE one of your advisors failed to do dpa with me, didn't ask for my name and then sat in silence for ages so I hung up. Usually good service as well so was a bit puzzled.

    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

    @EE EE IS ******* SHITE! THE ONLY REASON IT COSTS LESS THAN OTHER PROVIDERS IS THE FACT YOU CAN NEVER GET SIGNAL TO MAKE A CALL. AVOID EE AT ALL COSTS.

    @EE I took a contract out with free add-ons. I was told on a chat with one of your colleagues that they would only activate when I messaged 150. Iโ€™ve just seen on the app that the free period for them ends next month even though Iโ€™ve never used them or activated them. How?

    @ee @openreachhelp still have ongoing BB issues & have 2nd openreach visit to check our connection scheduled this week, but again this w/e, village FB page has several comments re slow & dropped connections - is there a bigger issue that needs fixing than individual properties?

    @EE I was in a live chat earlier with grant at Newcastle and he gave me a link for the TPS while helping me out and of course I clicked on it and got cut off. I couldnโ€™t get back on so can you thank him for his help for me. Cheers
