@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! 🤬🤬🤬

@ladystardust31 It’s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

Ugh, since updating my iPhone I’ve been having SO many problems. Has anyone else? My battery life only lasts 5 hours despite not using it that much. It keeps booting me off wifi. When I’m out n about I have full signal yet can’t send or receive any messages!? @EE @AppleSupport
