    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing.

    @lickle_monster @EE Thought it was just myself - can’t even get 3G signal in the centre of Glasgow, having to resort to free wifi on public transport, remind me why exactly am i paying money to @EE for data again? 🙄

    @EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

    @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

    @EE no signal inside Buchanan Galleries. G1 2FF postcode. Always had a full 4G signal.

    @EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

    @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request

    PT2 @WeAreOpenreach @BT @EE Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately.

    Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

    @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

    @EE Why have you suspended my services when I've paid over £120. Disgusting service. I did a promise to pay after redundancy and you said you wouldn't. I paid tonight and then suddenly you suspended my services..... Shocking!
