    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE hi my router keeps switching itself off and comes back on again-does this regularly, get max of 20 mins internet. I contacted an advisor through text but didnโ€™t get a call back, no issues with line

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    Well done @EE for raising my bill over 14% !! Wish I could get that as a pay rise. Might have to consider a move after being a customer for years. Firms should be having a think about the amount they put the prices up.

    @ladystardust31 Itโ€™s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

    @EE Iโ€™m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that itโ€™s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. Iโ€™m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @EE Just talked to Dylan who has told us the contract cant be cancelled until its been installed ! Another agent Taylor told us this morning it had been cancelled? This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

    @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

    @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

    @AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.

    @EE it is absolutely staggering at how incompetent your company is at this point and how badly you treat your customers! Miss selling me products on multiple occasions and despite offering me a refund, i havenโ€™t received it, and funnily enough now there is no record of my refund

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while theyโ€™re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
