    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

    @EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

    Does anyone know wtf is going on with @EE broadband in eastend of Glasgow? Absolute utter garbage. ยฃ30 per month and no internet for weeks on end.

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @ee Hello, the UKโ€™s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and itโ€™s a year old and just out of warranty Iโ€™ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen wonโ€™t turn on? Not a happy girl! ยฃ350 down the drain.

    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    Dear @bt_uk We switched to @EE home broadband 2 months ago and it's been awful since. We're now paying for two bills. Customer service think we switched in September 2025 - incorrect. Today we have no broadband Goodness sake the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF ยฃ19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. Iโ€™m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

    @EE you sent me an order confirmation email and a plan confirmation email last Friday but apparently my order didnโ€™t complete. Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UKโ€™s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!

    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, canโ€™t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.
