    @EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @EE one of your advisors failed to do dpa with me, didn't ask for my name and then sat in silence for ages so I hung up. Usually good service as well so was a bit puzzled.

    @EE should be criminally prosecuted as they evidently failed to do anti money laundering & address checks on a Mrs Susan Burne who EE claim lives at my home! I live at my home & this fraudster never lived at my home! EE REFUSED to get fraud team to phone me! EE sucks!

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you wonโ€™t honour it ๐Ÿ˜ก Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but youโ€™ve only contacted us today when itโ€™s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? Itโ€™s impacting our work.

    @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

    @TheBeardedNardo @EE Honestly this is very poor business practices as a company and makes even me question how legitimate as a company you are you should be prioritizing your customers over anything else and working with them to find a solution this is poor business practices
