    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her โ€œemergencyโ€ PAYG phone to call folk..spent ยฃ60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a ยฃ7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and itโ€™s a year old and just out of warranty Iโ€™ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen wonโ€™t turn on? Not a happy girl! ยฃ350 down the drain.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over ยฃ60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about ยฃ5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? Iโ€™m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    @EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows ยฃ0 (attached), but you let a call run up ยฃ34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.

    @EE Iโ€™ve tried ringing and Iโ€™ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. Itโ€™s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!

    Donโ€™t often take to X but Iโ€™m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I donโ€™t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer responseโ€ฆcall centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone
