@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

@EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

@queeniepoloton @EE No response I broke screen on phone and thought that was problem. Been fixed but saying no service and when I try call says turn off aeroplane mode am baffled. Looked online on laptop saying EE is down 🤔
