I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. Β£22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98
