@EE one of your advisors failed to do dpa with me, didn't ask for my name and then sat in silence for ages so I hung up. Usually good service as well so was a bit puzzled.

  • bryanth0mpson
BLT (@bryanth0mpson) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Sad to have been charged a contract cancellation fee by @EE I thought that since I’ve been a customer since 1999 they might have let it slide 😞

  • Andy_Esq

@EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! 🤬🤬🤬

  • langoo
Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

  • PowerWench80
Donna (@PowerWench80) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE Hi, my home move completed today but I have no broadband. I called your contact centre and got some vague "theres an exchange issue" but can't see any issues on BT website. What's really going on?

  • theycallmesimo

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!

  • ezyjules
    Jules Ehrhardt (@ezyjules) reported

@EE Let’s publicly detail your incompetence here. - Ordered fiber for my parents Feb 11 with 7th gen Pro equipment - Engineer never showed up - Ordered again May 18 and you downgrade equipment to 6th gen Plus - Engineer shows up, ignores my written instructions and installs fiber cable / box into the wrong part of the house. Leaves job incomplete - Next engineer shows up, who I speak with on phone, and says someone will return to move to correct location - Next engineer shows up, does not move install location, sets up wrong equipment, does not setup WiFi extenders, does not setup old WiFi network name - You kill the old internet account, leaving my 85 yr old father without internet, tv, security, or emergency health systems - All whilst we are dealing with massive family health emergency - Absolutely bloody useless, uncaring, lazy, callous, incompetent, and all the things

  • fred6279
    Fred (@fred6279) reported

@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

  • Johntommo76
    John Thompson (@Johntommo76) reported

@EE why is your customer service so bad? A customer of 20+ years through all your guises and yet treated like an idiot by your staff

  • JasonUnsworth00
Jason Unsworth / The White House 🏠 (@JasonUnsworth00) reported

After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  • BakeronBusiness
    Richard Baker (@BakeronBusiness) reported

@EE So internet sorted - the email advising me to connect arrived this evening (18 hours after broad and went off). But…my home phone is disconnected. It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

  • davidgcant
    David Cant (@davidgcant) reported

@EE any idea when the app I use to access my account and add-ons will be active again? It's been weeks, and I keep being told by business customer services that it will be fixed soon. Not happy.

  • Atco64
    Heading 270 🇬🇧 (@Atco64) reported

Of course I missed the England equaliser 😡 @EE I want to terminate NOW and I want my money back #ShitEETV

  • CI2222995386597
    chris (@CI2222995386597) reported

@EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?

  • BlastItBle8chy
    Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported

@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
