I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Itโll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that Iโve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM
