    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    @EE I've only been on EE for a week now & hate it already, crap data package, forgot my password to log in & by the time I got the email to reset the password link expired not a happy customer😠

    @EE No, never had any problems, I called your customer services team and they advised that you are having problems and it’s being looked into. Please can you take the time to advise your customers of this, and also when you expect a resolution.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @EE for some strange reason those “Add to Plan” items never actually work when I try to buy one. Which is a shame cause I’d like to - don’t fancy phoning up just to buy something

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @DPDgroup_news @EE Dpd driver very rude, aggressive and threatening....all on cctv.... We have called the police and also have his registration number.. @EE dreadful and frightening service from your courier... They have also now contacted police and accusing me of theft

    @EE No thanks. If can't come in store without you threatening you may need to provide details to someone im not interested in phone call or options. I've worked throughout & believe if you're ill seek help but the healthy are healthy & shouldn't treat as potential risks & isolated.

    A customer of @EE for 23 years, from Orange to TMobile to EE, finally left after they continually pushed their prices to extortionate levels. No help through the pandemic when I lost my job. No loyalty to long term customers. No service in my house for years! Good Riddance 👋🏻
