@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

20 years ago I got first mobile phone and regularly travelled from north west to SEast. Mobile signal until Birmingham was rubbish. 20 years later and billions of investment and 3G then 4G and now 5…. On the same train journey and signal is arguably worse. #progress @EE

If your parcel does not arrive on time, EE is liable to send you a replacement or refund. It is EE's responsibility to deal with DPD as EE has sub-contracted their service.

@EE - sort yourselves out, first you get my address wrong on my delivery. Then when I finally get the phone after chasing DPD down the road this afternoon; the box was open and the phone was loose inside the packaging. Now I have to wait another week for a replacment. Appalling.
