@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE Have to be the worse company for Customer Service. 7 phone calls, over 2 and half hours spread over these phone calls just to change a delivery address, provide tracking number and each representative of EE giving me different information. Unbelievable!!!
