  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE Thanks for letting me have the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro for just £1. Shame you say dpd tried to deliver them when they never actually received them and cancelled the order and now cannot reorder as the voucher code has already been used!
