@EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

Haha, @EE amaze me, a customer since 2007 - never broken - new contracts, upgrades etc. and yet they send me a message about upgrading as my contract is ending and they have NO DEALS for me. So stuff loyalty, I'll go elsewhere with my money! BYEEEE!

@EE Hi, I've got a Watch Plan that's now out of contract, though it appears to be still charging the full price (£38.82 is what's showing). Is there an option to either cancel this completely or move it to a cheaper contract now that the watch has been paid off? Thanks

@EE I have left abusive relationship with an ex EE employee who took multiple phone contracts out in my name, I need help with this and have been told “we aren’t liable for this” because I was aware afterwards and didn’t report it, despite the risk to myself if I had done this???

Day 11 post @EE broadband outage: “Forwarded to Openreach” over and over. Engineer failed to attend appt 4 days ago. Will be day 13 before EE is next updated by Openreach then who knows how long until a fix. Using poor 4g signal in our house in the meantime. Very very peeved.

@EE In the app it shows zero remaining everything (minutes, data, texts). Same issues experience other people in my household. And in the web it just logs me out immediately when trying to log in. Tried clearing caches, etc
