    @EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.

    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

    Hey @EE, what happens when EE TV ends in March - any alternative being offered? I’m not inclined to hang around very long waiting to find out, especially with Now TV dropping off imminently.

    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

    @EE Hi, I have tried to swap to a different network but I am having the same issue. As I use my phone for helping me get around, it is really frustrating that I have no data despite having over 7 days of roaming left.

    @EE I’m on EE Pay As You Go. My SIM worked abroad previously but roaming has stopped in Germany. I topped up in April but had no chargeable activity and now I can’t receive SMS or log in. I need my UK number kept active for return to the UK. Please help re-enable roaming.

    @EE @Andy_1098 People should watch who they change to. I changed to sky to save a few pounds. But the service is pure awful. Wish I stayed with EE on same tariff but I don’t think they will give me anything near which I had before

    @EE had your TV now for 18 months and it continually freezes. I’ve seen other people on various forums with similar problems. Any ideas to fix it. I’ve turned off at the wall and closed down the broadband but it continues

    @EE why is your signal so crap today? Apparently my area is fine but I’ve not had signal for the entire time I’ve been outside my house today.
