EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Clare (@csteventon61) reported@EE we've had no er coverage for 4 days, keep being told you're working on a problem but not much help when as a family you're still taking our money!!!
-
K8 (@k8_louth) reported@EE I will try calling in yet again and if no luck will cancel the order as still in the 14 days, but have to say very unimpressed with EE so far...
-
Bungle1976 (@bungle_1976) reported@EE I've tried calling, spent an hour on the phone with your tech guys, no dice. It's the same account, ported straight over from discovery to HBO. The ball is in your court to fix this.
-
Tobes (@theGrimey) reported@EE this is categorically unacceptable for your subcontractor @WeAreOpenreach to sabotage a customer like this - and neither is the apologetic shrug of the shoulders I got from your guides (nor the redundancy of your internal complaints procedure).
-
Julie F (@jvfisher59) reported@EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳
-
Sarah Jones #21 (@jonesy_laaa) reported@EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!

-
Tobes (@theGrimey) reported@EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.
-
Dean Phillips (@cARacTac) reported"I’m sorry I can see that your issue has already been escalated to the relevant team, they are working on this issue with @bt_uk Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Please contact us tomorrow for an update." @TalkHomeUK @EE more lies from the 3 bandits
-
