@EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

I do not recommend @EE service/phones or @Apple products after a particularly poor experience of getting a new phone. Exceptionally poor communication from EE and phone arrived without headphones or charger. What a con!

We'll see if this sorts the issue. But my initial impressions of @EE are of a company with inadequate customer service. Sure, you can get through to a junior chatbot within a few minutes, but they can't solve your problem.
