Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesnβt fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
