Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

@EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

@EE No, never had any problems, I called your customer services team and they advised that you are having problems and it’s being looked into. Please can you take the time to advise your customers of this, and also when you expect a resolution.

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

mobile phone companies, insurance, and banks are the worst for working from home. Just had a call with @02 and could not hear but was put through to a nice guy in the office. Try talking with bad hearing and tinnitus. Really long wait. @EE hopeless cannot even speak to person

@mikey_9fingers @EE Been with EE since it changed from T-mobile I was aware of the increase they charge and it’s never been over £1.50 in their annual increase but £5.72 a month extra is a complete and utter joke! Will be switching to Vodafone come October knew I should of gone with them last year

I swear @EE's 5G used to be symmetrical, but it now seems to be asymmetrical with like a 20:1 to 40:1 down/up ratio. Really really bad upstreams literally everywhere I test it these days. I used to see near gigabit up and down in some places and now I'm lucky if I get 20mbit up.
