Andy Vaughan (@andysvaughan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

I topped up in April but had no chargeable activity and now I can’t receive SMS or log in. I need my UK number kept active for return to the UK. Please help re-enable roaming.
