@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE any news on fibre broadband outage in Guildford area? I called customer service and they said it is out for several people and will hopefully be back on by 11pm. Be good to know if any update on this? There's a rather important football game I need to stream in 1h...!

@EE closed account Dec 2020 account has shown as closed now shows on credit file as active.. looking poor on my credit report even after 5 month of no contract and this is due for viewing by lenders. Please sort this ASAP

@EE Georgia. Hate to correct you again, but dialing 150 from any mobile gets you through to the relevant service provider of the company who, funnily enough, provides the service. You do not OWN all 150 numbers as your sales dept are stating....1/2

I didn’t realise being a #tmobile customer an upgrading to @EE would be such a hassle otherwise i wouldn’t have, spoken to several advisors on the phone been treated poorly, my complaints haven’t been logged and no manager has bothered to call me back after several requests
