@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@M4ttso @EE Most companies send updates to their hubs at night so it doesn't get interrupted during the day. I know it doesn't really help you but it might be that.

@EE To head office. Upgrade would then be cancelled told I had to do it all again. I asked to re deliver to my home address but this wasn’t an option. Wasted time and money. EE customer for over 10 years also. Very frustrating
