@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@niclasico @EE Check signal checker and EE I don’t think works indoors on 3G. You might need to change networks I had to from Vodafone to 02 and no problems at all.

Day 3 of no service from @EE told to connect to Wi-Fi calling. How about you provide the service you charge for!? I don’t always have Wi-Fi!Not forgetting the over 14% increase you implemented a month ago in my account! The lack of service is not a one off either!

@EE I’m trying to buy more data after using up my allowance but it won’t let me as it says I’ve not got the privileges to buy data, but it’s my account and I pay the bill - no one else uses account. Please help!
