@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE why is it so hard to cancel a business account with you? 5th phone call and now being passed around to people who can't help. Latest excuse is that we are an Orange customer - says EE on the top of the monthly invoice!

@EE no incoming calls for over a week unless I enable WIFI calling. The incoming calls go to voicemail. I can set a divert and that works, just no incoming calls via GSM network. any known issues? I raised a ticket via the website but its come back no fault found. any ideas?

@EE you’ve charged me for 8 months at £31pm after my Apple Watch contract ended. Your customer support who were sympathetic said they’ll only give me back 4 months worth. Very disappointed long term customer. Will look to take all accounts away in May.

Hey @EE - I’m day 18 with next to no network in my area. I’ve spoken to your social media & complaints team and there’s still no updates with when this will be fixed. I’ve even gone onto your network checker and it now says there’s “no known issue” when there clearly is.
