@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE I’m starting to wish I didn’t bother ordering a new phone and contract with you yesterday! Had a random call earlier to say there was a problem with my order and they would call back to sort. Then nothing. Now I have no idea where I stand with my order.

@EE once again I have received terrible service from yourself ordered iPhone 14 pro last Wednesday told it would be here Thursday…..nothing arrived called Thursday night told it would be Monday it’s now Monday no tracking details or anything called to see when it will be

@EE really not happy with EE at the moment been a loyal customer since 1994 when it was originally orange & they managed to lose my personal mobile number & lost me countless amounts of business.I phoned to be told 3/5 days. Then 5-7 days process still not complete. Not happy
