    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    @EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing.

    @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

    @EE one of your advisors failed to do dpa with me, didn't ask for my name and then sat in silence for ages so I hung up. Usually good service as well so was a bit puzzled.

    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

    @O2 . Dear o2, this is a thread on your customer service. I have a contract with your for £10/month. I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)

    @EE help - iPhone 14 pro max complete blank when I woke up - had to plug into laptop to recharge it. Updated to 16.2 & now NO SIGNAL - NO DATA - NOTHING! Tying to call but can’t obviously! Having to use someone else’s phone but YOU AREN’T ANSWERING!Been 1/2 hr at mo still waiting

    @EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones

    @EE Hi, is there any update on the broadband outage in the KY2 area, is there at least a estimate time for it to be fixed. it's been out since Thursday and when I called your CS they said it had been fixed but another Rep said it hadn't and I'm still without Internet. thanks.

    @EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.

    @EE As one of the UK's leading #communication companies I feel zero communication from EE is rediculous and not being able to speak to the actual team dealing with the situation is a joke. Your sales advisors on 150 clearly are not the people to speak to as yes again they cant help
