    Hey @EE, what happens when EE TV ends in March - any alternative being offered? I’m not inclined to hang around very long waiting to find out, especially with Now TV dropping off imminently.

    @dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

    3 people now I've spoken to at @EE and no call back! The solution is not plug in my old router than was slow anyway. Then charge me for your most expensive package. Never had an issue before, we are in a bad broadband area. Solution, put us back on low tariff with discount

    @EE Hi Michael. Yes, router changes to solid yellow with no connection. I go to the router management webpage and run the “No Connection” help wizard, and it comes back briefly before dying again, suggesting it’s not actually an issue with my line.

    If you wish to cancel BT Sport on the large screen just reply YES. Or to just watch Live BT Sport on your EE device or connected tablet for £10 per month reply STOP LARGE @EE what is the difference between the above options??? I just want to cancel full stop!
