Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE we've had 3 missed deliveries of an upgrade. Customer service no help, and apparently no managers available until afternoon. Can't even leave EE until the phone is delivered, but that may be weeks. You holding us hostage is unacceptable. Can anyone help?
