    @EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @EE I have bought the nreal glasses from your store. I enjoy using them. I am having a issue where non of the buttons on the glasses arm work, not does the sound through the in built speaker. Who do I contact to discuss this issue, your website and app makes it impossible.

    Hey, @EE, I have one of your laptops with BT sport. All I want to do is watch some football but trying to get BT sport set up on this laptop is about the most frustrating thing I’ve ever done. No guidance, no nothing. Down horrendous I’m actually paying you for this priviledge!

    Absolutely sick of adding BT sport to my benefits @EE . Every single time I do it, the log in fails and I have to call you to fix it. What’s the point in paying for ‘benefits’ when it’s a total pain to set up
