Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

I have been an @EE (previously BT) customer for 20 years. I moved house and cancelled which took 5 phone calls of an hour each and cost £300. I sent back all the kit - now they are threatening me with £120 fine for the Apple TV which I sent back. I have proof. Please help!!!

@EE have appalling customer service and terrible WIFI which cut out constantly despite me paying £98 a month. £300 cancellation was expensive but better than sticking with their terrible service. But a fine for something I have done is appalling. Anyone else? @EE horror-show

@EE why is your 5g non-existent and your 4g painfully slow all around the HR1 area of #Hereford? Specifically the area around the 6th Form College. Loads of students ditching #EE for other networks due to this. Have to turn off 5g to use Internet!

Should have stayed with @virginmedia where the WiFi was flawless. Unfortunately outside the 30 day period so cannot cancel. So surprised that @EE would treat a new customer like this. I was hesitant moving broadband and should have relied on instinct and stuck with @virginmedia
