Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE My point is they clearly is a mechanism to facilitate a fix as they is clear and multiple evidence that it is currently happening for other customers. It simply requires a will to put a fix in place. It appears that will currently doesn't exist.

@EE Your new customer service system is very poor. Turned what was once a straight forward experience into a complicated process with no benefit to the customer. Feels like a new system built to fob people off. I'll be out when my contract is up.

@EE So basically pay more for a service I haven't had, which is more in total than the remaining of my contract or suffer months (Something I cant do because of my needs) It's shameful that a company like @EE can't find a solution especially when they are handing out free upgrades.
