    @EE - Been a customer of EE for decades. Spoke to Jack just now whose expertise was second to none. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You don’t get that service anywhere else.

    @EE Well it's true to say my phone signal hasn't improved a bit. Went out to Newcraighall this morning as a test. Signal strength there was a very good -68dBm, nearly twice as strong as my local one at -120dBm. What a joke EE this has become. Award winner??

    @EE just curious. I had an email now closing a complaint but a) the complaint was raised this morning on the advice of one of your technicians & b) nothing has been done or communicated to me about the complaint so how did you close it already?

    Hey @EE how can you admit to their being network failures in response to AWS going down but then when its reported claim nothing happened? Some of us need our mobile connections for work/side hustles etc. We pay you every month for stable connections not lies its just my device

    There is no service on your network in my area, your help page says to call you but with no service this is not possible. This has been ongoing for about 1 week @EE
