@EE this is starting to be a joke with the lack of signal, I have max 2 bars of signal anywhere I go. Adverts promoting WiFi can help a plane land make the signal won't even let me make a phone call.

Electric and internet now restored after #stormcorrie How long will it take @EE to restore mobile coverage? After #stormarwen was four days, every one of which I paid for. Every one of which @EE failed to give any indication when service might resume. How long this time?

@EE hi I've had an email from "noreply" to say the phone I ordered is out of stock. Oddly my wife ordered the same phone an hour later but hasnt had an email. The phone number on the email just cuts out. Help?

@EE How do you raise a formal complaint with EE ? The network coverage is still down with no timescale for it to be repaired.😡 Have just cancelled the first of my four lines due to this .
