@EE No there not .. 1 bar or no signal at all. Relying on wifi to do anything .... And yes I've DMd and yes I've been through everything to be told that there's no problem on your end .. Tell that to others I know in the area with the same issue... By look of it it's all over

@EE with ur group profits of over 10 billion it’s unacceptable to have to wait 20 minutes to speak for help and then get cut off and for ur website not to work

@EE I still haven't had a reply. I waited over 70 mins to chat online to an agent. I asked them tonwait to check if what they had told me to do and they didn't! I cant sit looking at my phone for another 70 mins!!! Where is your customer service?

@EE I’ve just found out my 86 year old dad signed up to a 3GB sim only contract and is paying £17 a month, he will be charged £301 to get out of this contract. This sounds criminal, who do I contact to raise a complaint?
