    @EE poor service. Upgraded my phone this morning and was quoted £30 up front cost. Just had a call to tell me it was an error and the update front cost was actually £180! Order cancelled!!

    @EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

    Disgusted with @EE just been onto your live chat team who told me they can't help me (despite promising I wouldn't be cut off before Thursday, I was) and the advice I've been left with was 'download Skype to call us because we cut you off'. As a result I am stranded at hospital.

    @RustyTheSnowman @EE My account was disabled and It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @Quick_restore and he fixed my account completely

    @EE just been hung up on by an EE customer service person for challenging her after being told that there are different offers for upgrading online, in store and on the phone. But noone would be able to tell me where the cheaper on line. Really???

    @EE I thought EE had best coverage in London but it's poor service in many parts of London.. and yet your contracts are expensive, for what? Rubbish service?

    @EE Problems constantly with network coverage with a £90 a month phone bill. The worst provider I’ve ever had. How they get away with the service is unbelievable
