  @EE & @bt_uk OX5 area broadband speeds are crap (0.4mg) it defies you charging us for it! 4 weeks on & @WeAreOpenreach have done FA. Your Operative said it was drain on the internet due to our landline which was stopped years ago & promised a new router- serious compensation time

  @MarinaPurkiss @EE I had an electric company try and charge me 4 times the total existing meter reading as an estimate. That for a supply where I use almost nothing. Utilities and communications are operating like broken companies, presumably because they think they can just get away with it.

  @MarinaPurkiss @EE just cancel the direct debit and switch suppliers , make them chase for the money and prove she owes it , youll go round in circles trying to get a complaint heard offcom will be like the ombudsman , not interested and will do nothing .

  @MarinaPurkiss @EE I left EE a number of years ago and moved to O2. Their service has dropped though since partnering with Virgin Media

  @bt_uk @EE The merger of BT and EE has been a disaster for EE mobile phone users. Phones don't work, billing doesn't work, customer service doesn't work. Staff in EE stores telling customers that phone support are idiots. Furious customers. What is going on?
