@EE how do I actually speak to anyone every time I ring 150 im passed through some filtering system which ends in being sent a text which isn't the solution to my problem. Son is abroad having set phone up for roaming and his data isn't working and I need to speak in person. HOW?

@ee i was told that “i already knew about this because i had a similar issue in august 2022” — absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. when i then called him out about this (because i was at a funeral and was not told dialling 150 abroad charged you), he then got more defensive.

@EE can someone please help me? I just want to up my spend cap but my texts aren’t sending and the 150 number is not being helpful at all, and the app isn’t giving me the information I need. I’m a not happy with this service, it should not be this difficult!

@EE Please can you help me- my sim Is stuck in my new iPhone 13 only transferring across today. I tried using esim to override but needs to text me a code is there any way of sending code to my email add to fix this virtually? Please help, cannot call as unable to- thanks in advance
