    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE Hi David, yes, a PAYG card. It was last used a few months ago. We've been firmly locked down and without need for this backup phone, but now need to revive it quite urgently.

    .@EE @goEnjoy very bad customer service. Got allocated a time to stay in between 6-8pm tonight and was told everything is OK at 5:45pm. Now been told that it will no longer be delivered and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I have lost out on work due to staying in for delivery
