@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

@EE there’s showing as a service issue in EH17 area. My friend can connect to EE but I get no service despite phone seeing network available. Is this related to the service problem or unrelated?

@EE @grant_165 Web browser as long as you’re not on EE internet. It’s been down 24 hours now EE sort it out. The EE outage map is the whole country.

@EE Bribing people with gifts, if the network was that good you wouldn't need to do this. remember back in the day mobile phone shops would give people free TVs/game consoles etc.

@EE You are raising charges on many customers bills by 10% & charging them to cancel the contract? I've just visited a store to discuss & was told I would either pay over £400 to buy out my 24 month contract or more to cancel.
