Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE Absolutely disgusting customer service from @EE they have taken £414 from my wife’s account without any prior notice. A mistake owing to an insurance claim, notified them of the issue and have had to raise a complaint which may take 8 weeks to resolve! No apology in the call!
