    @EE @Hirork Brag about been UK biggest network and only doing a Promotion in England is a pure kick to the baws to people who play in Scotland Wales and NI. Shame on you EE should’ve been UK wide not just England.

    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    Called @bt_uk y’day for mobile upgrade with @EE Call Handler said I’d receive emails and phone today. Not heard a peep and checked junk mail…nothing #help

    @EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

    Back when huawei were in the UK signal was amazing all over! Now it’s a struggle to get signal anywhere, phone dips in and out of signal driving around Exeter. @EE has piss poor signal all over it’s chuffing ridiculous.

    @EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.

    @EE @paulmatt86 Our networks in the UK are a scam. I left EE to go to o2 and I have the same problems with either network. Both offer “5g” but speeds are worse than 3G!!

    @EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router

    @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

    @EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare
