@EE Around 2 months now, we have to reset the box constantly. We’ve phoned the technical team, who sent out a new sim (it’s a 4G router) but this hasn’t solved it. We’ve been promised more than 5 call backs and never had anything.

@EE When my mobile is on in greenock I struggle to get Internet outside of greenock is a little better signal but the difference between now and even w year ago is ridiculous my partner isn't EE and never has the problems I'm experiencing thanks for replying

Well done @EE lost a customer of over a decade because you took off a friends and family discount I was promised for life a week after renewing my contract
