  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

  @EE awful service… 12 days no broadband… over 8 hours on calls to resolve… hub does not work… can’t speak to anyone with capability .. and now their own tech is down… trying to leave but they can’t get in to accounts … worst service… does @kevinbacon know who he represents
