Dreadful signal across the board today @EE in WN2 area of wigan, no 3/4or 5G and terrible call connection with an age to wait to connect to the other person. Checked online says no issues but obviously not the case.

@EE I have sent a DM but no response. I just want an update on the service for the area covering CA17 4dz. It says there is an issue, which I obviously know. But no information on if it's being sorted or how long it's going to take. It's 6 days already...
