    @EE been a customer for over ten years with multiple devices on my account - upgraded yesterday alerted there was a problem and I need to call them - 2 attempts so far totaling 105 mins still no answer. Why not be proactive and call your customers. 😡

    @EE thanks to Mahad (apologies if the spelling is wrong) and Tom today. After 4 calls and lots of time they finally managed to sort my upgrade. Fab customer service from them both.
