    Really disappointed with @EE phones still not been put back on despite numerous attempts to resolve this they are too busy to call me back. Poor show

    @EE are the worst provider going and here’s why: November 2021 my wife gets a contract with them and an iPhone. December 2021 she can’t get a signal anywhere. Phone is pretty much useless unless connected to wifi. We go to the shop and they say there is some work in area……

    @EE But sadly can sort out your 4G internet as it your system as they say they no problem from looking at their computer in London or Timbuktu but still can’t say where you are, but saying that they convinced I can get fibre even though it over a mile away as their computers say so

    @EE do a diagnostic check over the phone and everything is fine. Can’t understand what we are annoyed about as she gets full signal when in the store! Suggestion is to just use wifi calling instead. Obviously this doesn’t work if our and about but ok

    @EE Hi Martin, it's not really worth a DM. The text did eventually go. The simple issue is that we don't have good enough EE reception here to be able to make calls or reliably send texts. It's always been like that (and on various phones) since I moved here in 2008 1/2

    Does anyone know how I can get hold of @EE complaints deportment as the people in the phone don’t understand that I not going to reset my system every time I talk to them when it their system that the problem as doing in all my phones routers and the engineers phone

    @EE even after raising a complaint, your team is yet to grasp the situation. Asking non-sensical questions and providing horrendous explanations. Glad, I got the PAC Code and opted to switch out. To hell with you and your network.

    @EE Better sim only deals tbh. I think £12 for 20Gb isn't very competitive, especially for a long-time customer. It's a shame really. 😢
