Kelly Wallace Horne (@KWHPublishing) reported@EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.
