Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

I am in a town of 15000 people around London. It is a joke that neither @EE nor @O2 have proper signal here and in the surrounding villages. You cannot have a phone call let alone 5G especially in buildings. Bring back the 3G towers. We had signal those days at least.

@EE I can't call 150, I'm not an EE customer - I just used EE as a recommended repair centre. When I called support they couldn't help as I am not a customer.

@EE I’ve been a loyal client of BT/EE for 40+ years. Just been on the phone for 38mins, spoke to 4 people because I need some help, absolute waste of time. Loyalty obviously only goes one way definitely not to the client!!

@EE Tried upgrading my phone & data plan for FREE as detailed on my app only be told after spending an hour on the phone that i need to pay a fee for the early upgrade. This isn't FREE & totally misleading! I've been a customer for 11 years & would have expected better

@EE I've done this, got one phone call back and no follow up. Is there an escalation team? I'm currently doing all the legwork to resolve damage that occurred when EE were in possession of my device. It's ridiculous.

@EE nope, I just moved my accounts to O2. That's 200 quid a month worth of service you lost in sure many more will leave if you keep up this level of service. I'm switching my home and office broadband tomorrow.
