    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    Called @bt_uk y’day for mobile upgrade with @EE Call Handler said I’d receive emails and phone today. Not heard a peep and checked junk mail…nothing #help

    @EE @Hirork Brag about been UK biggest network and only doing a Promotion in England is a pure kick to the baws to people who play in Scotland Wales and NI. Shame on you EE should’ve been UK wide not just England.

    @EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    @MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one
