    Called @bt_uk y’day for mobile upgrade with @EE Call Handler said I’d receive emails and phone today. Not heard a peep and checked junk mail…nothing #help

    @EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    @EE @Hirork Brag about been UK biggest network and only doing a Promotion in England is a pure kick to the baws to people who play in Scotland Wales and NI. Shame on you EE should’ve been UK wide not just England.

    @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    @EE The rude person I was speaking too dropped the call. Been on and off hold for almost 2 hours. They where meant to be the person to sort out compensation! No call back.

    Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!

    @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳
