@EE I bought, what I assumed as per your website, would be one off additional data last month as we were having WiFi issues. You’ve charged me for them again, which I was not expecting. I don’t need the extra data, why was I charged for it?

@BenPBradshaw @EE Ben, I had a deposit for roaming charges with @EE refunded. They won't charge you if you are an old customer.
