@EE I am disgusted by your service! I have been promised my upgrade & new sim 4 weeks ago I’ve called so many times spoke to many agents when finally spoke to a manger Susan davies but she’s ignored 4 emails I’ve sent I’ve even called today, & left a msg but she still hasn’t!
