Andy Lewis (@andy_d_lewis) reported from Woodbury, England@EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.
