    @EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

    @EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

    @EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @NIStats @EE Same with 3 Marshall. In Tenerife atm without any signal issues but can't make a call sitting in the house in Belfast. Been with them over 20 years, lately is the 1st I've had major problems

    @EE Terrible service, 3 weeks of internet issues. Engineer visit. All fixed apparently. No, not fixed, unable to download or watch anything online. 3 years of complaints, Top dollar prices, bargain basement service.

    My god @EE is shocking. No matter where I go, be it Belfast, London or Cardiff, or even at home, their network coverage is abysmal 😡
